4 HOURS LATER
CALLIES POV
So we just got back to Stef and Lena's after our doctors appointment with Brooklyn.
LOUNGE ROOM
When I walk in everybody is there Stef, Lena, Mike, Jesus and Luca is on his mat of the floor with Marianna.
"Where's jude?" I ask
"Oh hes at his new friend Aidens house" stef replies
"Ok cool well, Brooklyn had to get glasses and she has to wear them while playing, watching tv and reading"
Then Brandon walks in holding Brooklyn who is holding her new glasses she chose pink ones. Stef walks over to her and takes her in her arms from brandon "Hello gorgeous, what are these?"
"gasses"
We all laugh "oh did you get glasses, I bet you look pretty with them on"
She nods which makes me laugh and says "you want to see?"
"Of course I do" stef says in an overexcited tone"
She puts on her glasses and everybody tells her how nice they look and how pretty she looks in them. I check the time and its 12 "Alright Brookie you need to take a nap before we go home ok so say bye to everyone for now"
"Bye-bye" she says as she waves. I pick her up and take her into my old room and lay her down.
"sweet dreams sweetie"
She closes he eyes and falls asleep.
When i get back downstairs everyone is all sitting down so i go and sit on Brandons lap. Stef turn around to us "So is three all were getting from you guys?"
I raise my eyebrows "three is definitely all your getting from us"
We all laugh "Uh guys as much as I love this guy nappies arent really my thing" marianna says to us.
"haha yeah pass him here"
"I got him" Brandon says placing me back down on the couch
"thanks babe"
Brandon comes back down a few minutes later "wheres Luca?"
"Oh he fell asleep while I was rocking him to calm him down so I just laid him in bed with Brooklyn and they fell asleep cuddling"
I smiled "aww thats adorable"
LATER
We're all sitting out the back while Jesus and Marianna are chasing Brooklyn around on the grass. Brandon is trying to get Luca to smile "Babe just face it your just not that funny"
"oh ha ha I'll have you know Hallie thinks I'm hilarious"
"Yeah Hallie also thinks Blue chasing his tail is hysterical" He lauughs and shakes his head.
"UH CALLIE!" Marianna yells
"Yeah whats up" I say rushing over
"she says she feels sick"
I bend down to her "your tummy hurting again baby?"
She nods and comes over and puts her head on my shoulder "Oh sweetie come sit over with mummy and daddy" I bring her back to the porch and she just lays on my lap. "Babe we need to go pick Hallie up"
"Oh why dont you go get her and bring her back here and you guys can have dinner here?" Lena asks
I look at Brandon "I guess we can, but if brooklyn starts to feel worse we'll have to go home"
"Yeah sure totally understandable" Lena replies.
"Alright well you stay her with her and I'll go pick her up, I'll take Luke for a drive"
"Ok see ya soon" We give each other a quick kiss and he leaves.
8pm
We just got home and put the kids to bed. I walk into our bedroom and Brandon is already lying down in bed, I go over and strip into my bra and undies and hop in next to him. "babe we need to talk about Hallie"
"what about her"
"I dont think the bullying situation has gotten any better, I know she said they were being nicer but how do we know she was telling the truth?"
"Well you spoke to her teacher about it didnt you?"
"yeah but that doesnt mean its fixed"
He leans in closer "babe come on if she was being bullied that badly I think the teachers would have said something by now"
"they didnt before, she told me and it was only because I asked about it"
"Alright, alright, when i drop her off tomorrow I'll go in and have another talk to the teachers and make sure everything is actually fine and watch how she is in class for a little bit, will that make you feel better?"
I nod and he kisses my forehead "good now get some sleep"
"wait, we need to organise another photoshoot for the kids so we have one with all three of them"
"Ok babe one thin at a time, lets just focus on Hallie then we will do the photoshoot ok?"
"ok, night babe"
"goodnight" We lie down together and we both fall asleep.
