[EDITED]
"Look at your current state" He stroked your hair, pushing some strands behind your neck, then proceeding to stand up and walked to the other side of the bed where you laid on the white sheets, asleep. He knelt in front of your body, holding your hands in his. He could feel how your hands were now warmer than before, before you woke up, your hands felt like complete ice and feeling them warmer had made him less worried about your state.
"For now, you have to rest baby" he whispers expecting you to hear but he also knew you were fallen deep asleep. You just woke up, along with a headache, you needed some rest.
He places a pillow on your stomach and lays your hands over it, kissing you goodnight on your forehead before closing the door silently to your room.Once he was out, he slid against the door with his back leant on it. Everyone who knew you, knew your boyfriend was the most worried amongst all. No other words could describe how thrilled and frightened he had felt when you fell unconscious under his touch.
He, himself, haven't taken a break from watching over you. Those 3 days had been the worse 3 days of his life, it was worst than when he had hurt his own twin brother. He felt blameworthy, even though it wasn't his fault you got hurt, he felt like it was him people should blame.
He had failed to keep you from harm.
"Stop blaming yourself for things that weren't your fault" Even though his head was buried in his arms, he knew exactly who had spoken because the voice sounded just like a replica of his own.
"You know exactly that it wasn't your fault what happened to her" He lifts his head up to meet the eyes of his twin brother who sternly watched him sulk at the door
"I couldn't protect her" tears were threatening to fall out of the older twin's eyes. No matter what people say that it wasn't his fault, no matter what, he will forever have this huge weight on his shoulder. The weight of letting you fall in the dark hole alone.
"Then from now, protect her like you really mean the word" The younger had crossed his arms over his chest, eyes piercing the older, as he spoke with confidence and power. Jeongguk knew how his twin was feeling, he was the closest to him, by heart and blood. There was no way that Jeongguk would never feel the miserable pain his other half was feeling.
Afterall, their hearts and minds are connected as one.
"If you can't, leave it to me"

Once the younger twin had went back downstairs, the older one was still confused in his spot. Seated down with his hands in his hair, he thinks of nothing but what his brother had said
Standing up from the wooden flooring of your house, he made his way quietly downstairs but every time he made a step, the sound of his shoes would resonate in the house.
Your parents were currently out of the country and your brother went with them as they had to sign a contract for the company in Japan. You were left alone, in the responsibility of Jiyeong.
Majorly one reason why he felt guilty for not protecting you as your parents trusted him, even though, you're 19, you didn't need to be taken care of, but your parents knew otherwise.
Both twins lived in the same house, a few blocks away from yours. They would often come for dinner along with their family and it applies for the opposite party as well. Your parents are business people, usually busy with work but since they're nearly at age, your brother is soon taking over the company.
Your brother being 4 years older than you, he had gotten the responsibility to inherit the family's company and the heritage of every land and property your family owns. You grew up in a wealthy family, pretty much.
You were always interested in fashion and branded clothes, this was your inspiration, therefore you were enrolled in a Fashion design institution where you were taught all the necessities of opening a successful fashion company.
"Jeongguk, what you said earlier was a lie right? Thank you for-"
"I never said it was a lie" Jeongguk glanced at his brother through his lashes, a mocking grin appearing on his lips.
Jiyeong, being in a state where nothing processed right, he was completely startled by the response he was thrown at. It was like he was expecting something completely different, something like where Jeongguk would say that only to motivate him and force him to do his best.
But in fact, Jeongguk had found an interest in you, everything you did had been triggering him. He was watching you from behind, everything you did, whenever he had an opportunity.
"Don't try anything stupid, Jeongguk" the oldest warned with a stern look at his younger brother seated on the couch with his elbows rested on his knees, hands clasped together
"Try me, Jiyeong"

You woke up to the strong smell of cigarettes, making your mind all fuzzy. You opened your eyes to find some headache pills and a glass of water placed on your bedside table.
Your eyes followed the smoke that entered your room effortlessly, to the back of a figure leaning on the balcony of your room. His back was glowing from the orange and yellow colours of the setting sun. You knew your family weren't here and Jiyeong does not smoke, but to you, the figure looked so much like your boyfriend's, which then it clicked that it wasn't Jiyeong but his twin.
He puts the lit cigarette up to his lips, inhaling the toxic smoke and then puffing it out through his mouth. The smoke entering your room, invading the purity of the area.
"I didn't know you smoked" you sat up gently using your elbows as support, pushing yourself up so your back rested on the headboard. Your voice startled the boy, who was now frozen in his spot with the smoke still coming out of cigarette.
"And I didn't know you were awake.." he turns around, burning the cigarette off and throwing it out over the balcony. He stayed outside to let the air naturally dissolve the horrendous smell that filled him. You knew that none of the Jeons smoked, especially the young twin. He was always sensitive to strong smells and hated cigarette because he said it would prevent him from performing well on stage.
You were angry with the thought that he was, firstly smoking in your room, in your house and secondly, it seemed like he wasn't himself.
There was something wrong, but you didn't know the reasons."Since when?" You glared at him, because you knew it was bad for his health and people around him. It was definitely off that he had started smoking, out of all possibilities to distress, smoking isn't on the list.
"Quit it" your stern voice resonated in the room, your house quiet and peaceful. You wondered where did your boyfriend go and why was his brother here in your room while you were asleep
"It's not like you tell me to stop, I'll listen" he scoffs, sounding almost in a mocking way. Gritting your teeth with your fist curled into a ball, you hated the part that resembled his older brother, the part where he was always in control of everything and would just not listen to commands.
"Then we don't know each other" he came closer to you, closing the balcony door, locking it and drawing the curtain closed. Your heart beats increase the more he came closer to you, the more you could smell his fragrance mixed with the smell of smoke, the more you felt nauseous. When he came closer to you and you could see his features clearer, you swallowed a lump in your throat that you had unintentionally kept.
Telling him that if he didn't stop smoking you would stop talking to him, would actually try to persuade him to give up on it, but in fact he was finding it funny
"Jeongguk, I care for you!" You tried to punch him with the force you still had left but he caught your hand and stared at you before smirking with a huge grin on his face
"Then go out with me"
