Chapter 18 - Story Time (plus huge A/N)

"Wait, so you and your grandmother moved away from the pod?" I ask.
"Mhm. Ever since then we became land-dweller." Weilan replies cooly.
"Well I would love to continue chatting and all but I got work, adios." I say.

Mimmi is already working when I arrive, her shift must have started earlier than mine. Jamie gets to the theme-park around the same time as me.

Our shift has ended and everything went smoothly. It's also allot easier to keep water off now that I've basically mastered my powers and besides I only work with the popcorn cart.

"Umm Lily we needa talk..." Jamie says awkwardly.
"Shoot." I reply, allowing him to speak.
"Okay well umm how do I put this..? I don't think we should be together."

What does he mean? What happened to 'together' and promise to 'never let go'? Why did this even cross his mind? Why would he even date me if he was just going to leave me. Argh this boy.

"Why is that?" I ask, my voice croaky.
"It doesn't feel right." Jamie replies.
"Well I guess if that's what you want..."
"Glad you understand." he says hugging me and walking off.
"Bye Jamie..." I whisper.

A/N sorry imma time jump to after the series bc I wanna use my imagination.

Here's the main things that happen:
-Ondina teaches
-dragon attacks
-during a lesson of Ondina's on Mako, they loose someone who runs into Chris and Karl (Karl is introduced), finds out that Karl has a crush on Weilan
-Zac learns turn the tide which leads to Evie and Zac having a fight (but they be strong asf so they happy and together)
-goes to Rikki Chadwick's display thingy and find how to stop the dragon
-finds out that Rikki is a mermaid and she agrees to help them
-defeat the dragon with bracelet
-dragon turns out to be Nerissa #familygoals?
-Chris finds out that Mimmi is a mermaid
-Rita doesn't teach at school anymore

My tweaks:
-Jamie and Eric disappear (breaking Ondina and Lily's hearts)
-Lily quits her job right after Jamie breaks up with her
-Lily can stand up to the full moon
-btw Jamie and Eric are evil so they be true fam goals

Ok so I'm gonna write about all dis stuff next chapter! Sorry there's isn't much actual story but I just wanted to use my imagination for the oncoming chapters or then it gets kinda boring. Please don't hate meh!
