Chapter 16

Beth's POV

*FLASHBACK*

          "Harry?" I said. "Yeah babe?" came that soft and calm voice. "You can have all the girls in the world, why did you choose me?" I looked deep into Harry's gorgeous green eyes.

          "Cause you're really special" he said. He took a lock of my light brown hair and placed it behind my ear, causing me to blush.

          "When I first saw you, it was like as though my world came to a stop. You're different from the other girls" he started.

          "You're kind, caring, down-to-earth, adventurous, having the cutest laugh and the sweetest smile" Harry smiled sheepishly.

          I blushed even further and looked down. "Beth?" Harry tilted my chin and looked deep into my eyes.

          "Never ever put yourself down. To me, you're the most perfect girl I've ever seen on earth" Harry smiled.

          I leant over and gave him a kiss on his lips. His kisses were so irrestible and they were like drugs; you just can't get enough of them that makes you want even more.

          I finally pulled away after a few minutes of 'heated' moments and locked my fingers in Harry's.

          I snuggled closer to him and I rested my head on his chest, with his arms wrapped around my petite frame.

          "I love you Beth" Harry planted his soft lips on my forehead. "I love you too" I whispered.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

~Flashback: In school yesterday~

          "Mmm" I heard moans coming from the girls' toilet. I instantly knew what was going on and I decided not be such a busybody and head back to class.

          But something made me stop in my tracks. "Come on Harry" I heard a slutty voice. What was Harry doing in a girls' toilet?! I thought.

          I moved closer to where the noise was coming from. Yes, it was definitely the girls' toilet.

          I slammed the door open and to my horror, I saw the familiar figure making out with a girl with her top ripped off.

          He stared at me wide eyed and looked as though his eyes were going to pop out.

Harry.

          I could feel my world crashing down. As much I didn't want to believe that Harry cheated on me, I had to accept the fact that Harry comes from One Direction.

          ONE F****** DIRECTION. Which girl wouldn't throw herself at them? I was just naive. I shouldn't have believed Harry's honeyed words.

          I was just a plain, average girl - Bethany Katie Lynch. Who would want me? I continued running down the hallway and everyone already had their eyes fixed on me. I realize I must have been a total mess.

          "Beth wait!" Harry managed to catch up with me. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Harry is apparently the fastest runner in school, other than being in the most popular group.

          "Beth please listen to me" Harry begged me with pleading eyes. "What's there left for you to say when I've already seen your true colours?" I snapped at him.

          "It's not what you think!" Harry protested. "I don't care! You f****** cheated on me!" I hollered at him.

          "Fine. You forced me to say this" came a harsh reply. "You said that I could have any girl in the world, why would I choose such a fat and ugly whore like you?" Harry snickered at me.

          I could feel tears well up but I didn't want to show Harry that I was weak. Hurt turned into anger instantly and I gave him a tight slap across his face.

          "You forced me to do this" I said with tears streaming down my cheeks like a rainfall. "You said you loved me" I cried and shot him a glare before running off.

          I ran and ran, feeling so hurt by Harry's words. He said he loved me, how could he do this to me?!

          I stopped in my tracks and slumped against a wall, broken.

-End of flashback-

*PRESENT*

         I slumped against the wall, and brought the razor down onto my wrist. I needed to end my pain; once and for all.

          I could feel blood leaving my wrist and the pain was throbbing and extremely sharp. I dug my nails into my arm, trying my best to succumb to the pain.

          "Beth are you alright in there?" Caitlyn was pounding on the door furiously.

          I tried standing up but I suddenly felt really dizzy and fell backwards. Just before I knew it, everything around me went pitch black.

MUAHAHAHAHA CLIFFHANGER
