~Back at Neverland~

*Aaliyah's P.O.V*

"I'm worried about Tonya. Usually when we hang out, she calls me when she makes it home so that I'll know she's okay. She hasn't called...", I say.

"I'm sure she's fine. She probably just forgot", Michael says.

I think about it and shake my head.

"No, something doesn't seem right. I'm gonna call her", I say as I take out my phone.

I dial the number and her phone starts to ring but she doesn't answer right away.

*Tonya's P.O.V*

Cassidy snatches the phone out my pocket.

"I'm gonna let you answer but you better not try anything, do you understand?", she says.

I nod and she holds the phone in front of me.

"Hello?", I answer to the person on the other end.

"Hey, it's Liyah. Did you make it home safe?", she asks.

I look around at the people around me as they all give me intense stares.

"Y-yeah. I'm all good", I slightly stutter.

"Are you sure?", she questions with obvious concern in her voice.

No, I'm not okay! I'm tied to a chair with two psycho broads and 3 pervert guards surrounding me!, I think to myself.

"I'm sure Liyah. But, I am busy so I gotta go. Bye!", I say.

As soon as I say bye, Cassidy hangs up.

*Aaliyah's P.O.V*

"That was so weird...", I say.

"What did she say?", Michael asks.

"She says that she is fine but I know my best friend and she's definitely not okay", I say as I dial Cassidy's number.

"Who are you calling now?", Michael asks sounding slightly aggravated.

"Cassidy since she was last with Tonya. She might know what's wrong with her", I answer.

Michael rolls his eyes but I pay it no mind.

I wait for her to answer and she does almost immediately.

"What's up?", she answers.

"Hey. What did you and Tonya talk about?", I ask.

"We just talked about setting aside our differences. Why?", she responds.

"I just called her, and she didn't sound like herself. I think I'm gonna go check on her", I say.

"What?!", I hear Michael yell in a whisper.

"Do you really think that's necessary? She's a grown woman. You don't need to check on her", Cass responds.

"Cass, this is my friend. I know her and something is wrong. I have to go see her", I say frustrated at her lack of emotion.

"Fine", she says and then hangs up.

What's her problem?

"I can't believe you're spending one of our rare off days checking on a grown woman", he said with a sigh.

"Come on, I'm just going to see if she's alright. It's not like I'll be there the whole day. How about you come with me?", I respond.

He squints his eyes and huffs.
