Vic's POV
I sighed and leaned against the trunk of my car and took a long drag off of the blunt in my hand. Was I really getting high before I went in to deal with my husband? Yes I was. I was slowly losing patience with him and I just, I needed something to calm me down.
And well I knew this was going to calm me right down. It's done it before, and, I made sure that my husband was never the wiser. After this everything was gonna be just fine. I finished off the last of the blunt until it was nothing but a small roach and grabbed the cologne I kept in my car.
I showered myself in it to cover the skunky odor.
Once I deemed myself to be ready I led myself into the house. Hopefully things would be good tonight.
I prayed to God things would be good tonight.
"Victor Vincent Fuentes!" Kellin shouted as soon as I walked into the room.
"Yes my love?"
"What the hell were you doing out there?" He demanded, marching up to me.
"Nothing why?"
"Really? So there's no reason why Alan just asked me when you started smoking?"
"You know Papa! Sharing is caring!" Alan yelled from upstairs.
"Alan shut up!" I yelled at him and looked at Kellin. "I'm not smoking. I stopped years ago."
"Oh really? Because I just saw you out there smoking. I'm not stupid."
"It's not what it looks like."
He rolled his eyes, "It's exactly what it looks like."
"No, it's not. It wasn't a cigarette!" I exclaimed.
"Then what wa- Were you- Are you high?"
"I can't believe you wouldn't share!" Alan shouted down.
"It doesn't matter! Alan I swear to god, shut up!"
"You're fucking high." Kellin said in disbelief.
"I am not! Not at all!"
"I can't believe you."
"Yeah me neither!" Alan called.
"Alan!" Kellin and I both shouted before I snorted and started laughing.
"We said that at the same time!" I cackled.
"You're an idiot.'
I doubled over laughing a little harder.
"Oh my god."
"What?" I asked, looking up at him.
"You're an idiot. I can't believe you got high."
"I can't believe he didn't share!" Alan said.
"I swear to god Alan, I am going to kill you," Kellin seethed as Alan walked down the stairs.
"Why? I didn't do anything."
"Quit talking about smoking weed with your father. He won't be doing this ever again.
"All I said was sharing is caring."
"Go back upstairs," Kellin said and looked at me. "You are leaving."
"Leaving?" Alan and I said at the same time.
"Yes. Go stay in a hotel or something until you're no longer high. You're not staying in my house like this."
"You can't do that."
"Yes I can. And I am, now go, Victor. And don't come back until you're sober."
