My First Sappy Chapter

(so yah, I don't really write sappy stuff.... with all the fluff and everything... but be prepared.... because this may be the only time I write fluff and sadness..... not really fluff so yah.... they're like 15..... and stuff randomly happened and everything so it won't make sense)

Laney stood a few feet away from him, "L-lanes..... where were you?" Silence was his answer, "You've been missing for months.... everyone's been worried about you." Laney didn't say anything, "Lanes, what's wrong? D-did I do something?" Laney rolled her eyes, not knowing how much longer she could last. Corey walked a little closer to her, and she walked back. What was she gonna do now, she wanted to run away, leave before things got worse. but there was something holding her back. Corey sadly looked at her, tears pricked her eyes. No. She refused to cry over him. She wasn't going to be weak and just break down right in front of her crush. Corey saw this, he didn't say anything. Laney felt a tear drop down her face. This was it. She finally broke. She fell to her knees crying her eyes out. Not caring whether she was making a fool of herself, especially in front of Corey. She's has enough of this. She continued crying until she felt something warm around her. She looked up to see Corey...... hugging her. Not one of those tight bear hugs but the ones that said, 'it's gonna be OK.' She didn't move, neither did he, they just stayed like that.
