(this will probably be short. Probably a little more sappy from what I usually do, but count this as a year from Corney's kiss so Corey could probably realise his feelings so yeah)
Today is the last day of the year, Laney was with her band as the New Year's Ever party, just all hanging out. Surprisingly they didn't have a gig here apparent'y the Newman's got it first. Of course Corey was enraged but there was nothing he could do about it. They all watched in the crowd as the Newman's were totally rocking it on stage and of Carrie smirked whenever she saw Corey's face.
Laney tried to cheer him up by saying that they got to play it last year's New Years Eve. Oh yeah.
Last Year
Last year's new year's ever was the best she experienced in her whole life. So what she lost her timing for a little while? What was awesome about it was that because of the timing problem and the little green santa thing's beard exploded she got KISS the love of her life. Who wouldn't want that. What ruined though was when she tried to kiss him again he rejected wanted to do his daily weird monologue and or course she was mad.
She'd probably never have that chance again. She looked next to her seeing Corey and the twins were talking about something. She didn't know what though. Corey looked a little nervous. She shrugged as the countdown was starting.
"Hey Lanes... I have something to say"

Before another thought Laney kissed Corey as his eyes widened. He closes his eyes and after a second they let go. Corey says, "Whoa..." Laney smiles as she moves some of hair behind her ear. They hear a click and look behind to see Kin and Kon filming.
Kin said, "What, it's the beginning of Corney." Kon said, 'We needed to film this." Corey and Laney laugh.
This might be the great start of a new year
