So here I was, walking with my mate, I could read his mind now, we can speak to each other and it was actually really nice. Our bond was strong which relieved me from the fear of him leaving me even though we're mates. Alexa and Dominic were pretty happy with us as we marched down a hill. There was at least sixteen miles left according to Alec and we trudged through 10 feet of snow. Daniel ended up next to me coming from nowhere.

"You both kept the entire pack up..." Daniel said with a smirk.

"Um..." I didn't know what too say, blushing like madly.

"Yeah, yeah, I fucked my mate, is that wrong too say? I mean, she is my mate." Alec said possessively.

"I know you did, the males of the pack watched." He said.

"What?!" Me and Alec said in unison.

"Yep, I told them too go to bed but the denied." He said, "Then I joined in."

"Perverts!" I yelled.

Some people chuckled and just kept walking.

"Hope you enjoyed that, she's the only one you'll get too see." Alec said smacking my ass, I yelped in surprise and pushed him softly.

"Yeah, I told Maggy about and she flipped, she said she absolutely knew it. Then she said she couldn't see anything else... Weird, huh?" Daniel said.

"That's not good." Alec uttered.

"Hey, I'm going to be walking ahead." I say catching up too the front without a response.

I saw trees covered in frost, like thick frost and snow was placed in my hair. I smelt pine and just smiled. Even though I could be walking into my death, I would be happy along the way. My thoughts cleared as I heard voices in my head, some of the pack's voices.

'Do you think Luna will noticed?' A male asks faintly in my head.

'Maybe. But if we could manage... We should be home free.' A man retorted.

I stopped in my tracks and walked between people. I stopped whenever I saw two men with straight faces and their voices louder.

'Why is she looking at us?' The one with the sleek black hair asks.

"Because she can hear you! Both of you, come with me, now." I demanded walking too the side with them following.

"Is there something wrong, Luna?" The other asks.

I stood against a tree, a fair distance from the pack, "What are you both hiding? What would I not notice?" I folded my arms over my chest.

"Oh... That..." The same man says.

"Yeah, that, explain." I ordered.

"We... We... There's..." He uttered.

"Speak!" I yelled.

"Our pack is gone." A guy pointed out.

My eyes darted too the trail they left, "We're aren't moving till you tell me what's going on."

"Nathan, we work for him but we want too stay in this pack." They said.

"You never told me of this?! Alec will speak too you, let's go." I say walking too the trail.

We apparently walked off pretty far without me noticing. We couldn't see the. Anywhere but on their tracks. I tried too speak too Alec through our connection but it didn't seem to work. "Hurry." I uttered going into a run.

We sprinted along only too see the pack about two miles away in shock and looking around.

"What's going on?!" I yelled.

"The- you! Nathan said he took you! They took Alec!" Daniel yelled.

"Oh my god..." I muffled feeling tears run down my face.

You have too be strong. Don't let your pack see you cry. I wiped the tears and just ran along the front, my pack followed me in confusion as I followed the tracks to Alec.

"Alec!" I yelled every so often.

I ran faster and paused when I saw him. The worst way possible. He was being held too his knees and a needle was right next too his shoulder filled with a silvery fluid. Nathan was standing behind him with his pack.

"Trap..." Alec uttered being forced too look at the ground.

"Yeah, yeah. It is a trap. So, Lexie, when were you going too tell me what pack you lead?" Nathan asks with a smirk.

"I-I... Nathan, don't do this." I begged.

"Now look who's begging, I see you two have bonded. I can sense it, we might have your innocence, but that doesn't stop me." Nathan said.

'Attack?' Someone asked in my head.

'No one attack, if you do, Alec gets the shot.' I ordered back.

"Take me instead. Let him go. Alive and safe." I offered.

"No!" Alec yelped trying too look up but got forced too look down.

"You shush, but okay Lexie, I'll make the deal." Nathan said.

"Swear on the river of Styx." I say.

"I swear, now here is your peasant." Alec got shoved on his back in the middle of the pack leaving some blood.

'Hold Alec back, make sure you guys get me.' I say too the pack.

Their eyes were wide and they looked broken. I walked next to Nathan as a needle entered me and a very small portion of the fluid entered me running through my veins. My hands were shaky and it seemed I could stand on my own two feet. Alec clawed his way through the pack and at least ten people were holding him down.

"Lexie!" Alec sobbed.

"Let's go." Nathan said in my ear.

He locked my hands together with silver handcuffs. They burnt my skin badly so I couldn't escape.

"I see you're a fan of silver..." I grumbled walking by Nathan's side.

I gave a look back only too see Alec yelling in agony.

'I love you Alec.' I said too him.

"Yeah, it sorta works that way." Nathan shrugged.

I had a plan to get away. I walked slowly and fell too my knees. Everyone stopped and stared.

"What's in me?!" I yelled.

I acted in pain and when Alec roared madly, everyone snapped their heads towards his direction. I got up and made a run for it. Sadly the snow met my skin when I got tackled and I swallowed a mouthful over it.

"Chloroform her, now." Nathan ordered.

A cloth got out up too my face and I held my breath trying not too choke in the snow I ate. I tried to move my but failed. My I had no choice to breath in... So I did. Everything went black when I did.

This was going too be interesting.
