Wither darted as fast as he could to the Jungle. He clambered down the many chambers underground, dodging stingers and tortoises as he went.
He eventually reached the temple. The door was locked, and he couldn't figure out a way to open it. So, he held onto the doorknob for a few second.
The door swung open on its own, allowing Wither inside.
As soon as he took a step in, a jet of flames spewed out at him, forcing him to quickly sidestep out of the way. He almost was impales by spears as he did this, and even had a single dart hit him in the shoulder, hurting him badly. He pulled the dart out of his shoulder, and tossed it on the floor behind him.
Using one of the powers Terra had given him, he disabled all of the traps within the temple, and moved on.
A small ground of Lihzahrds were grouped up in front of him. They looked at him, and ran away quickly.
Wither clambered carefully through the corridors of the temple, nearly poking himself on spikes on numerous occasions.
Eventually, he reached a wide open room with a single, glowing, yellow orb in the center, over what appeared to be some sort of altar.
He used Terra's powers to be able to see in the dark, finding Zale and Night suspended to the wall, unconscious.
Wither stared at them for a second, before running towards them. A gigantic plant bulb intercepted his path, cutting him off.
Wither drew his sword, prepared to fight.
"I am Plantera," the bulb boomed, "and you are to sacrifice yourself to me if you want your friends to live!"
Wither slashed Plantera with his sword.
Plantera roared, then charged at him at full force, knocking him into the wall. Wither quickly recuperated, and struck back with a few dark beams.
Plantera started spitting seeds at him, which he reflected back at it.
Plantera managed to shoot one of his eyes with a seed, injuring him and blinding him from that eye.
Pulling the seed out, he retaliated with a massive dark beam, which tore Plantera open.
Tons of little tentacles swiped at Wither, as Plantera went back to trying to charge him.
Wither slashed at Plantera as much as possible, cutting off the tentacles.
Plantera managed to bite down on him, although he was able to escape.
He fired another massive dark beam, destroying the plant.
Wither ran up to his two friends, freeing them from the chains, and teleporting them home.

Night woke up in her bed again. Thinking what happened was all just a bad dream, she got up, and noticed that Wither was nowhere in sight. She figured he was just out for a walk, and moved on.

Wither jammed his sword carefully into the first Demon Altar he could find, causing a burst of energy that restored the Corruption to its former glory. The many creatures that lived there stared to reappear, seemingly hailing Wither as their king.

Wither returned to the house, seeing Night. She looked over at him, and nearly screamed after seeing his eye.
Zale bandaged up his eye, saying that it would get better after a minimum of about two or three months, although Wither highly doubted this.

That night, Wither had sprawled out across the bed as much as he could. He needed rest badly after a few weeks straight with no rest whatsoever.
Wither stared up at the ceiling, wondering what the future held for him. He had nowhere to go from this point as far as he knew, besides getting rid of the Crimson, which he felt like doing later.
He then fell asleep as well.

While he woke up, Night had woken up. She was staring out the window, as if something was there. Wither needed to get up, but he didn't really want to, instead lying there, awake.
Night turned to walk away, but she then saw that he was awake. She slowly walked over to him, knelt down, and started kissing him.
Wither knew he needed to get to the Crimson to remove it, but he felt that Night was more important right now.

A few hours later, he started his journey towards the Crimson, readied for anything.
He wasn't sure why he was doing all this - he knew he had to, but what exactly was the purpose of it?
He pushed his thoughts aside, and moved on.
Just when he saw the Crimson in the distance, Terra appeared again.
He went to kneel down, but second guessed himself.
"It seems you are on your final mission?"
Wither simply nodded.
"Good! The Crimson needs to meet its end."
Wither was staring at the Crimson in the distance. He didn't know how he was gonna get rid of it.
"Well, I only have one thing to do, here."
Terra began transferring more energy into him.
Wither just let it happen like last time, and he once again felt a surge of energy, except this time, it felt... corrupt...
Even after the surge of corruption, Terra continued transferring energy causing more and more power to flow within him. Energy of all the Gods and Goddesses, even the Dragon Emperor, Zyrgoth.
Once all of the Gods' powers were inside Wither, Terra ended the transfer, somewhat reluctantly.
"You know what I did already. And you know what to do."
Terra then faded away into nothingness, as she was about to be punished for what she just did.

Once inside the Crimson, a few Crimaeras became very frightened, and flew away.
Wither looked down to see that wherever he stepped in the Crimson, a large pool of Corruption formed, effectively replacing the Crimson.
Wither snapped his fingers, and the entirety of the Crimson turned into Corruption, returning the world to balance.
The Brain of Cthulhu and Skeletron Prime both confronted him, and attacked.
The Brain went down very quickly, but Prime took a little bit of planning to kill. Wither destroyed his saw and vice first, then his cannon, and finally his laser, and went right back to attacking the head, destroying it in a matter of seconds.

Wither returned home, getting a group hug from both Night and Zale when he opened the door.
Zale pulled away fairly quickly, fast-walking away.
Night pulled him inside, and started kissing him again.
Wither, of course, kissed her right back.

A few days later, Wither, Night, and Zale moved back into the Corruption.
The creatures there seemed to almost idolize Wither like a God, despite him only being the Omen.
Wither sat down in his old room, which was completely destroyed except for a single, titanium stool.
He stared at the rubble, knowing that everything in that room (besides the stool) was lost forever - and he had kept pictures of him and Zale in that room.
Wither didn't know what to do. He didn't have a house anymore. The houses of the other Elites were left unscathed, give or take a little bit of wear and tear. But Wither's was completely decimated, leaving him with nowhere to live. All he had now we're his friends and the little stool.
He searched through the rubble a little, trying to find anything he could recover. He saw a small, white piece of paper, with "To Wither, my greatest friend" written on the back in Zale's handwriting.
He flipped over the paper, seeing his favorite photo of him and Zale.
The picture gave him hope. He knew now what he had to do.
He took the photo and the stool away from the rubble, then dug a hole under the rubble, causing it to drop in.
He covered the hole back up with a thick layer of ebonstone, and started building a new house over it.
Once he finished, he turned around to grab the stool, seeing loads of ebonwood furniture accompanying it. A few Eaters of Souls were flying more furniture to the pile, then they stopped, and screeched. The screeching sounded like they were saying "Ta-Da!"
Wither and the Eaters started bringing in the furniture, ending with the stool. Wither sat down on his new bed, and thought for a little bit.
He had no idea of where he was to go now. Be had nothing to do.
One of the newest Elites, hired by Wither himself, ran into the room, yelling "The Hallow is attacking!"
Wither pulled out his True Night's Edge, and smirked. He knew this would continue for quite a while, and he was glad to have something to do.
Wither flew out of the chasms of the Corruption (he had moved his house underground), joining his two closest friends in an all-out war.
