You were 110% done with the Winchesters.
Every time they claimed they were just going to check out some weird ass ting that had been happening the three of you some how ended up fighting something no matter what! You got that it was their job, but seriously every time they went somewhere something had to happen and you for one were sick of it,
After 3 months of being with the Winchester's you were finally leaving to return to a relatively normal life and let them take care of the supernatural. You did feel bad, of course, seeing as the only reason you had tagged along was because of a certain thing you were having with Dean.
He was going to be crushed, but it wasn't like he couldn't find himself a new girl to be with. He was very attractive and could flirt with a wall if he wanted to.
You had written a note and left it on the bedside table next to Dean's bed, it read,
Dear Dean and Sam,
Sorry I left but I can't deal with this life anymore, it's just too much. I'm not cut out to be a hunter like the two of you so I'm leaving to go home. Please don't come after me. I don't want any ghosts or shapeshifters or anything like that near me.
Love you both,
(y/n)
You had folded it once and then quietly snuck out of the motel and took a bus back to (your home town). When it go in you ended up having the most peaceful sleep in months.
Weeks passed and not a single out of the ordinary thing happened. You managed to get a job working at a drugstore in town and had even gone on a few dates with a guy you liked in high school. Everything was going fine until...
You woke to a pounding noise coming from some where in your house. Panicking you grabbed a spare curtain rod and made your way quietly to the front of your house where someone was pounding on the door. No one came calling at this time of night in this manner unless they had it in for someone. You slowly grabbed the door handle and flung the door open swinging the curtain rod down on whoever was on your front porch. They caught it in mid air and you looked to see the familiar face of Dean Winchester. On closer inspection you also saw Sam.
"Go away," you snarled at them attempting to close the door. "No until you tell us the real reason you left," Dean said throwing down the curtain rod and keeping the door open. "The note was clear," you replied. "No it wasn't," Sam said. Finally you gave up and allowed the two men to enter your house.
The three of you sat down on your couch and after several minutes of awkward silence, then raging fighting and then finally calm discussion, you agreed to spend some more time with the Winchester brothers.
Sam had gone back to the Impala leaving you and Dean alone in the house. You were currently packing your stuff and you heard the door creak open. "What do you want Dean?" You asked not even bothering to turn around. "I'm sorry, I should've realized not everyone is cut out for hunting," Dean said. "It's fine, I should've realized my own bounderies," you replied. "Let me make it up to you," Dean said. "Wha-" you began to ask as you turned to face him, but you were cut off my his lips on yours. You really had missed this no matter how much you told yourself otherwise.
