Nerves

Nerves, chills,

Spine trickling feels.

Horror, gore.

Never-ending more.

Feelings of doubt, feelings of greed,

How will I know, if my mind is at ease?

But before all that,

Without knowledge or fortune,

We will all wonder,

What lies to our misfortune?

Humans think, humans thrive,

But is it enough to survive?

The brilliance we seek,

Of a friend to meet,

Is too hard to decide,

If we would rather live or die?

Sometimes you know,

If all goes well,

You have found the one,

The one and only,

But if not,

Then the madness stops,

Only to continue at a later date.

Nerves, chills,

Spine trickling feels,

This is the life,

Of the untouched human.
