Chapter 12

Yang's p.o.v

It's finally Monday and we have to go back to school. The weekend seemed to go on forever. I only thought about Blake and nothing else. I hardly slept and didn't eat that much either.

Instead of driving, like I usually do, I walked all the way to school with Ruby. We didn't talk much and I was glad for that. Not that she's annoying or anything, I just had the feeling she would bring up Blake or something.

When we finally reached the school, there was a large croud surrounding the front of the school. Why do they have to block the way?!

I tried to get around everyone but no one budged. I decided to wait until everyone left, which is what they did after the bell rang. That's when I saw her.

Her hair was half brown and half pink, her skin was as pail as clouds and her eyes...they were just so... mesmerizing. They were like her hair, but on different sides. She reminded me the the ice cream, Neapolitan.

"Hello!! Earth to yang!!" I saw a hand move in front of my face, taking me out of my daze. "Huh? Wha?" I said looking over to see Wiess waving a hand in front of me.

"Did you hear what I just said?!" she scolded me. "Uhh...no?" she stomped her foot and crossed her arms. "I said, that's the new student. She's mute so she doesn't talk. And her name is Neopolitan, Neo for short" I smiled at her name, still thinking of ice cream.

"Professor Ozpin instructed me to show her around the school but I only have free period and lunch with her" I looked over to Wiess and quirked a brow. "So how are you gonna show her around if you only have two things with her?".

Wiess rolled her eyes and facepalmed. "I don't know yang. I need to look at her classes and see who has the same ones as her" I saw something moving behind Wiess and looked over her shoulder to see Ruby pointing to me then Neo.

Wiess continued talking but I was trying to figure out what ruby was trying to say. What? I mouthed. Ruby facepalmed and mouthed, she has the same classes as you!

I looked around then back at Ruby. Who? She facepalmed once again and pointed at Neo. That's when I took the hint.

Ruby's p.o.v

She finally took the hint and when she did, she looked as though she was deep in thought. That's when Wiess scolded her again, then walked away. As she did, I starred at her back.

I'll find a way Wiess.

Yang's p.o.v

I walked over to ruby and saw her looking after Ice Queen. "So..." she looked over at me with a small smile. "...this Neo girl is in my class?" her smile grew and she nodded. "Yeah! I heard she's cool" I smiled and shook my head.

I looked out into the parking lot and saw Blake walking towards the school. I frowned and looked down, until I heard Ruby talking.

"Oh hey! Neo right? I'm ruby, nice to meet you" I looked up and saw Ruby facing neo, holding out her hand. Neo took it and shook it. Ruby pointed towards me and Neo looked over her shoulder at me. "And that's yang. I believe you two have the same classes together? Here, let her see your schedule" Neo handed me her schedule and I read it over.

Neopolitan's schedule:

1st: Professor Ozpin's study's

2nd: Professor Poet's Grimm history

Lunch

3rd: Professor Goodwitch's warrior class
