Chapter 38

Yang's p.o.v

Sunrays hit my face as soon as I woke up.the sound of my heart monitor and soft breathing were heard.

The doctors have kept me for two weeks. It's been hard when all I want to do is walk around, but the only place I could walk to is my bathroom.

Even then everyone worries. It makes me mad.

And then my stuttering hasn't gone away. Instead, it got worst. When I get really mad is when it's worse.

I remember how a couple nights ago, the doctor told me Blake had to leave. I was so mad that I ended up throwing a chair at him.

Since then, none of the doctors tell Blake to leave or even consider it. I let out a sigh as I ran my hand through her silky black hair.

She stirred but remained sleeping. I smiled. Blkae was no long my girlfriend.

She is now my fiancée. My soon to be wife. I smiled at the thought. Who would've thought, that through all this, she said yes.

"What are you smiling about you dork?" her voice rang through my ears. I chuckled and looked down at her.

"You m-my love" I said. She smiled. "It went down a bit more" she commented. I nodded. "I think I can only sp-speak perfectly around y-you" I said.

She smiled with a blush on her cheeks. "You're so cheesy" she said kissed me. I smiled. "Only f-for you" I said as I rested my head in the crook of her neck.

She sighed in contempt. "They said a few more days right?" she asked. I nodded. "Mhmm. I've been d-doing well the said" I said. She hummed.

"And you are" she said. Just then the door opened. I groaned and looked towards the door. Ruby was dragging Wiess into the room with a few flowers.

"Heya Yang!" Ruby called as the stood beside the bed. I quirked a brow. "H-Hey Ruby" I said. She smiled but said nothing.

My other brow shot up. Wiess nudged her with a small blush. Ruby cleared her throat before setting the flowers down and facing me.

"We have an announcement to make" she said in a serious matter. I furrowed my brows. Her smile widened.

"Wiess has agreed to marry me!" Ruby said.

"WHAT!!?" Blake, Wiess, and I shouted at the same time. Ruby cracked up laughing.

"I'm just messin' with ya! But we are an official couple now" she said once her laughter died down.

Wiess rolled her eyes with a bigger blush while Blake smiled and I stared intimidatingly at Wiess.

"I-is this true?" I asked her. She looked at me and nodded. "And why should I give you W-Wiess Schnee, permission to d-date my sister?" I asked.

Her mouth opened and closed a couple of times before she finally answered.

"Because...because I love her" She said. My eyebrows shot up. "Is that so?" I asked.

This felt like it happened already.

Why does this feel like I've done it before?

"Yes. Very much" she answered quickly. I looked at her. We stared at each other for a while before I broke off into a grin.

"Alright, but I swear if you hurt her in any way-"

"I promise I won't!" she interrupted me. I firmly nodded before turning back to Ruby. "And you little one-" I grabbed her by her shirt and pulled her down.

"-no going past second base" I whispered to her before letter her go. She gave me a confused look before a blush appeared on her face.

I smirked. "I think w-we'll be l-leaving now" Ruby said before grabbing Wiess's hand and running out the door.

Blake and I laughed before falling into a comfortable silence. I stared at her as she played with our hands.

"I l-love you" I spoke up. Her eyes connected with mine and she smiled. "I love you too Yang" she said before giving me a kiss.

I smiled into it before pulling away. My heart monitor fired up. She giggled. "You need to calm down" she said with a smile.

I rolled my eyes. "I c-can't help it. The most beautiful girl in the w-world, that I'm going to marry s-soon I might add, is laying right next to m-me with the most beautiful eyes and the m-most beautiful smile I have ever s-seen" I said with my own smile.

"I c-can't help but f-fall in love with you every d-day because, who w-wouldn't? You're the most p-perfect thing anyone could ever a-ask for. I don't th-think I would be able to l-live life without you B-Blake" I continued.

Her eyes swelled up with tears as she smiled. "We haven't even said our vows yet and your making me cry" she said as a year rolled down her cheek.

I wipped it away with my thumb. "As l-long as those are h-happy tears, we're g-good" i said. She laughed.

"You're so extra" she said as she hid her face in my neck. I chuckled. "Only for y-you babe" I said.

Ruby's p.o.v

I held Wiess's hand as we walked back to the house. A sigh slipped through my lips as I looked over at her.

She was so beautiful. Her long white hair in a ponytail, as always, and her icey blue eyes held happiness in them.

I lifted her hand to my lips and kissed the back of it. She looked over at me and blushed.

"R-Ruby! You're making me blush" she whined. I chuckled. "You look cute when you blush" I said as I brought my arm around her waist.

She hid her face into my neck and I chuckled. I'm barely noticing that I'm like two inches talker than her.

I shook my head from my thoughts and looked down at Wiess.

"Don't hide from me princesa" I said. She looked up at me with a blush and a quirked brow.

"Since when do you know Spanish!?" she asked taken aback. I smirked. "I've been working on it" I said.

She rolled her eyes. "When do you have time to practice Spanish?" she asked. I chuckled. "It's called Google for a reason" I said.

She laughed and it was like music to my ears. "You actually used Google?" she asked. I smirked.

"Yes, es eso un problema?" I asked. She rolled her eyes. "No, it's not" she said with a smile. I smiled back.

"Good, because I could never roll my r's or talk really fast while using it" I said. She laughed again.

God I can never get tired of this!
