Draco:

“Blaise!” I was surprised to him there, “What are you doing here?”

“I was visiting Viv,” he said, “You have some explaining to do,” he motioned for me to sit down.

“About what?” I asked as I sat.

“About what happened last night with you and Viv!” he practically yelled as everyone looked at me.

“Hi, how ya doing?” I asked the people who were gawking at me, then looked at Blaise, “Look, things were getting hot and heavy, so I had to stop it so we could talk. Then she really did talk.”

“You don’t have to explain about that,” he looked like he was going to kill me, “about how you took her to bed after that.”

“Look, Blaise. I took her to bed so she could lie down. I didn’t make the move, she did. She started unbuttoning my pants.”

“So you took advantage of it?”

“No, I wanted to show her how a man that actually loved her could give her more pleasure than a stranger,” I was going to kill him then.

“So now you’re in love with her?!” he was being loud again.

I then smiled, “Yes, I am as a matter of fact.”

“Holy shit!” Blaise laughed but then looked over at the family close by, “Sorry!” he then looked back at me, “You must be in love because you smiled a goofy smile, not smirked per usual!”

“Now that you believe me, I’m going to ask the love of my life out,” I got up as he waved and headed to the newspaper office.

She looked beautiful, as no matter where she was at, behind her desk. I lightly knocked on the door, and she looked up. At first she smiled and almost immediately

“What are you doing here?” she asked, and rather rudely I might add.

“What am I doing here? After last night, you’re seriously going to ask me that?” I was rather surprised. She seemed like she enjoyed herself, well after she poured her heart out.

“Last night wasn’t anything special,” she said it all too fast.

“I would beg to differ,” I had moved all the way into the office and sat on the desk, so she couldn’t look at her work, but rather at me.

“Alright,” she sighed, “what are you doing here?”

“I can’t just come and see a girl that I just spent the night with?” I smirked at her.

“Not when she left before you even woke up,” she smirked then dropped it, “What do you want?”

“Alright, you caught me,” I put my hands up like I was being arrested; “I want to make you dinner. Tonight, my place, at seven. Be there or be square.”

“I’ll be square,” she rolled her eyes.

I lowered my face to hers, almost kissing her, “You better, or I will hunt you down and kidnap you,” I felt her smile under my lips.

“Alright, I won’t be square,” she then kissed me.

After that, I headed out to the market and picked up a few things for the dinner and went home. I had decided that I was going to tell her that night. I was going to tell her that I loved her.

“Hey, Beautiful,” I kissed her hello.

“Hey, I told you I wouldn’t be square,” she then held up a single long stem, red rose, “This is for you.”

“Why it’s beautiful, just like someone I know,” I smirked and let her in.

“Wow,” she looked into my pot, “It smells delicious.”

“It’ll taste delicious too, especially this,” I pulled out a bottle of white wine.

“Pulling out the expensive stuff tonight,” she smirked.

“It is a special occasion.”

“And why is that?”

“Because,” I paused as I put my arms around her, “I love you.”
