Chapter 8

"Hey! that's no fair," Nya was fighting Johnny for the ball, they played intensely, the scores were 3-3. "Go Johnny!" Megan cheekily screamed, "hey i thought we were friends," Nya snorted, giving Megan a quick glare, "just shut up and play," Chloe rolled her eyes. "Sure thing," Nya went silent as she concentrated on beating Johnny, she took a quick 3 pointer, Johnny looked annoyed, he snatched the ball as Nya shot it, "your cheating," he joked, Nya grinned, "your just jealous your getting beaten by a girl, oh yea girls are better," she winked, Johnny looked away with stupidity on his face. "Lets just continue please," Nya grabbed the ball off him and dribbled it slowly, Johnny swiftly hit it out of her hands, slam dunking it like a pro. He looked down at her smartly, "oooo, someones angry," he teased with a cheeky grin, she spat at him and waited for him to get down, "ok ok you won, go away now," she laughed. "You know you love me," he tried to get to her, Nya couldn't resist him, "oml, what an amazing relationship they have," Simone clapped her hands with sarcasm. "I'm going home now, i wanna eat food and sleep, life goals," Chloe laughed with seriousness in her tone, Megan and Simone decided to leave too, Weston stayed for a while then left 1 hour later.

"Brandon!" Megan ran to him, "hey, where have you been?" he asked worriedly, "Nya's" she replied with a cheerful tone, "oh ok," he grinned, "we got a basketball hoop," she smiled, Brandon smiled back, "ooo," he began to be interested, Megan lead him outside, "what should we do? you still have 2 days in the house," she frowned. Brandon didn't reply, he had no idea. "What do you think you are going to do?" Simone interrupted, pushing Brandon into the pool. "Someone had to do it," she laughed savagely, "huh?" Brandon glared at her, climbing out of the pool immediately, "you two were about to kiss, i'm not stupid," she laughed again, Megan shoved her with annoyance, "um.. i was thinking of things to do, i don't know what to think," she went all awkward, Brandon looked down at the ground. "Sorry i made things awkward but Brandon looked boiling so he needed to cool off," she gave him a cheeky grin, he exchanged another glare. "Piss off," he threatened, Simone walked inside to find Hunter, "little bitch," he growled grumpily, "oh shoosh you grump," Megan rolled her eyes at him.

Megan decided to lay on the grass, it was getting dark, the stars were starting to come out. She looked up at the sky with relaxation, Brandon sat down beside her quietly, he had an awkward look on his face. "What?" she turned and looked at him, he didn't reply, Megan frowned with sadness, "your really weird sometimes," she mumbled boredly. "True," he finally spoke with amusement in his tone,  Megan's eyes gleamed with slight laughter. Brandon came closer to him, put his hand out and resting it on Megan's hand that she lay flat on the grass, Megan flinched. He held onto her tightly, she relaxed and lay back and gazed at the stars that had appeared, "the sky is amazing tonight, i don't usually go outside and look at the stars," she sighed, admiring it with interest. Brandon smiled, "almost as amazing as you?" he asked quietly, Megan's eyes closed, she felt happy, her stomach lurched as he said it. "Do you still love me? after all these fights?" he asked with worry, "why would you ask that? of coarse i do," she replied immediately, "then you will let me do this," he bent over and kissed her quickly, she smirked, "you didn't have to ask," she murmured deeply. "OK," he nodded, they both fell asleep after a while outside under the stars, Megan dreamed of her old life, getting bullied and having no friends, she was getting bashed by a girl named Ashley "wake up!" she told herself with fright in her eyes.

Megan woke with shock, "wtf, i'm outside?" she looked around, Brandon was glancing at her from a chair, he must of been waiting for her to wake up, "you had a nightmare didn't you," he frowned, offering to hug her, she excepted it and ran into his arms. "Where have you two been?" Simone asked, "outside all night.." Megan laughed, "oh.." she turned away with confusion, "that was weird,"  Megan told herself, going into the kitchen to make herself pancakes for breakfast. She had maple syrup and a raspberry, "that looks nice," Ashton commented, eyeing it off, "I'm making you one, be patient," Hunter scold, "oh sorry," he groaned while rolling his eyes. "I'm going to Nya's to play basketball," he announced, taking the cooked pancake with him, "oh no you don't, you need someone to go with you and you can't just barge into someone else's house," Hunter dragged him back to the table, Liam shook his head, "i hate rules," he yelled angrily, "you can say that again," Ashton crossed his arms. "Why do you boys cause so much drama, why can't you be normal kids and play dolls, sike, play basketball here you sooks," Megan pat Ashton on the head. 

Nya and Johnny watched tv while eating their favorite cereals, Lady and the tramp was on, "ooo, i wanna do what the dogs do with the spaghetti," Johnny smirked cutely. "Ok," Nya smirked back, "no you wont be doing that," Lauren interrupted them, meaningfully third wheeling. "Today your gonna get off your asses and walk Benny, i have to do my homework so i can't she complained. Johnny rolled his eyes, "fine," he tried to be cheerful, "i am pretty lazy so i suppose i should get up," Nya thought with laughter, "i'll ring Megan and ask her to bring Harley, Archie and Shadow along, Benny can just play at the park with them." She announced smartly, Johnny's eyes lit up, "good idea," he smiled.
