Chapter 8

Vanoss pov

Moo has been making me eat and trying to get me better. It's kinda funny how Moo seems like a mother. Moo takes care of everyone and even if there's a leader Moo will get big. Mini on the other hand hasn't ate or even talked to anyone. He has stayed in his fox form and only let's me touch him. I want to leave but Mini can't come. If I am here any longer I know she will come and get me, by now she probably found this place. Suddenly there's a knock at the door.

Wildcat " Hi.... "

I say hi without looking at him. I know the group doesn't like me and that's okay.

Wildcat " I would like to talk to Mini. "
Vanoss " Mini..... Try and talk. "

Mini moves around in my jacket, he pokes his head out and stares at Wildcat then looks away from him.

Wildcat " Vanoss.... Could we talk alone? "

Mini huffs then gets out of my jacket and sits beside me. I get up and leave them alone. I close the door so they got more privacy.

Delirious " What you are doing? "
Vanoss " Giving them privacy. "

Lui comes out of nowhere and hugs me. I stand there confused.

Lui " Are you and Mini any better? "
Vanoss " I think so? "
Moo " Well Vanoss is for sure but Mini is refusing to get better. "

Wildcat comes out of the room looking happy and Mini follows behind him.

Moo " Well you look happy. "
Mini " I feel a little happier. "

Mini looks at me with concerned eyes, I nod and his emotion changes to saddness.

Mini " Why? "
Vanoss " Cause I don't belong here and I know I'm not wanted plus you guys are indanger if I stay any longer. "
Mini " But I don't want you to leave.... Your like family to me now. "

Family?....

I feel like I was just stabbed in the heart. I look down, everyone but Mini and me are confused.

Vanoss " I... I... "

Mini " Please?.... Everyone else may hate you but I love you like family even if we barely know each other. "
Delirious " Hate?... I don't hate you. "
Lui " I don't hate you, not even one bit! "

I feel myself smile alittle.

Moo " Look sweetheart... It may seem like we hate you but we don't, you kinda saved Mini's life cause if you weren't here and that happened... Well me might not have our Mini right now. Weather you like it or not your part of the family, in my opinion. Vanoss don't blame yourself for the atack and anything else cause she knew we were here and has atack before but no one was here or we fought them off. "
Vanoss " Thank you. "

Mini hugs me and then Lui hugs me again.

Maybe I will stay but I will have to practice fighting to protect them if I'm going to stay.
