Erick Shaw's POV

I left Mia Richards just like that heading to class immediately. If only I had just went to the pack meet-up just now without stopping. At least even if she doesn't accept me, Cara wouldn't have seen me kissed by a girl.

When recess came I slowly packed my things and walk out the door only to meet face to face with Jack- the third in command.

I immediately lowered my eyes not being able to look directly at him.

"Erick Shaw, you weren't at the meet-up just now. Why so?"

"I-uh I was o-on my way. But I bumped into a f-friend" I explained.

He raised an eyebrow. "Next time hurry up to any meet-ups. It could be important. Cara had wanted to... um see something and luckily it took her 5 minutes. I guess you didn't missed a lot" he said thinking to himself.

I did missed a lot.

"Okay then, see you later" and he left.

When I reached at the cafeteria I plopped down a chair next to Kayla. The twins were looking at me with mischiefs in their eyes while Ella was barely looking at me. "So?" the twins asked me.

I was perplexed.

"Mia Richards kissed you at the hallway!" they whispered yell.

My eyes almost popped out. "Says who?" I asked dumbfounded.

Kaycee smirked "Some football team kid and he's spreading the rumors all around".

"She just wished me happy birthday that's it. The kiss was on the cheek too so no big deal" I shrugged trying to make it look like it's nothing but the twins were snickering.

Ella just had a sad smile on her face before continue to eat her food. I frowned at that. Ella was never one to be sad.

Before I could ask her, I was pulled back and thrown at a wall. Groaning in pain I tried to get up. Before I could register anything I was kicked in the stomach multiple times.

The same familiar metallic taste exploded in my mouth. I couldn't do anything as the pain travels through my body.

"Enough!" as I heard another loud crash.

Gaining the strength- I look to see Josh on a pile of broken chairs and table. In front of me stood Jack the third in command. Jack picked me up by my collar along with Josh with a few members of our pack and hurried to the front of the school.

"What the hell is going on?" Jack's voice boomed. Authority fills his voice.

Josh almost punched me again but was held back by two other members. "You coward Omega. You fucking kissed my girlfriend" he shouted enraged.

All eyes were on me now. Josh was growling lowly.

"Is this true Erick?" Jack raised an eyebrow at me.

"I didn't. S-She kissed me but it was on the cheek and it was only because... she wanted to wish my birthday today. I only bumped into her!" I explained freaking out.
