Chapter 21- Halloween Madness Part 2

Haru's P.O.V

I looked over to where Skye was staring. It was a ransom note that read 'READY TO PLAY?"

"What does it mean?" I asked confused and curious at the same time

Skye let out a soft sigh while she pulled Honey close to her and hugged him close to her. I heard her grumble something under her breath that I couldn't quite hear.

"What?"

She just smiled at me "Nothing. Just be prepared to meet a few of our friends" She added in a cheery voice

"Skye-chan?" Honey snuggled closer to Skye and looked up at her "Why did you say your gonna 'kick someone's ass if-"

Her eyes went wide and she quickly covered his mouth "If they wake me up." she said with a nervous laugh

Honey pulled her hand off his mouth "No. If-" she put her hand back over his mouth.

"Shut the fuck up kid. Lose the rabbit  while you're at it." One of the guys said.

"Do you wanna die Gray? Learn some respect ya ice loving stripper? NEVER TALK TO HIM LIKE THAT BAKA!" The rage in Skye was terrifying. I looked over at the boy and blushed when I realized he was only in his boxers(A/N: Fairy Tail reference XD) "And put some clothes on will ya." She growled while pulling Honey closer and hugging him.

I giggled "Skye senpai-"

"Don't call me that." She glared at me and I couldn't help but shiver at her cold expression

"O-ok. Skye..."

"Stop acting so nervous." she huffed in annoyance

I took a breath and smiled at her "I was just going to say that hugging Honey senpai like that, you look just like him when he's being protective of Usa-chan." I said with another giggle

She looked down at Honey and smiled softly before pulling him closer, never breaking the hug, then looked back over at me and let out a quiet laugh "Guess he's my Usa-chan. He's been like a little brother to me since we were children."

I could tell Honey was annoyed at her comment "I'm older you know." he grumbled

Skye puffed her he in annoyance "I act older." she muttered

"So Skye, can you teach us who's who." Hikaru asked while poking Skye's cheek from behind her

"Yeah. It's kinda awkward." Kaoru added, poking her other cheek

Skye's P.O.V

I woke up to everyone still asleep. The sun was just beginning to show its first few rays of light above the horizon. This was usual. Every year I would wake up before everyone else but I couldn't help but feel something was different. Something wasn't right. I slowly made my way out of the bed, careful not to wake anyone. Quickly and quietly I slipped into my workout outfit and prepared to go for my morning run. Step by step I walked to the entrance of the building. I made my way through the cemetery and towards the surrounding woods but was stopped by the faint smell of blood and the muffled noise of crying. I turned toward where it was coming from and ran faster. When I finally came to the source I found a small blonde girl. She was barely conscious and had deep cuts everywhere. By her appearance she had to be about five years old.

"Are you ok? What happened?" I asked and tried to help her up

She flinched at my hand on her shoulder and let out a small cry of pain
