Chapter 11

Aphmau's P.O.V

Jin and I ran upstairs to the guy's and before we could say anything Ross said;

"Lemme guess. Your parents are here, they said you have to go to school 'being who you really are' ,aka, like royalty, Jess wasn't having any of it so she was getting all sassy, your parents ended up winning the argument, Jess asked if she could go to school in one of her amours, Jin mumbled that she's an idiot so Jess chased him around the house and that brings you to where we are now?" That left all of us with our mouths hanging agape. 

"How did you..--"

"Just a hunch!" He replied with a cheeky grin.

"Wow..." Was all I could say

"So, I'm guessing you want us to go to school slightly earlier than usual?" Max asked, 

"Yes please. If you could," Jin replied

"Ok, I'm good with that!" Sky said

"Is dos toos!" Barney added in his strange accent.

"Thanks!" I smiled

"No probs!" They all replied, smiling.

~Time skip to morning~

It was early morning and Sky, Ross, Barney and Max had already left for school. Jin and I thanked them and promised to make it up to them but they understood. After all they have been our best friends for years! I quickly sent them a thank you text message just as mom walked into my bedroom. 

"Here," She handed me two dresses and two pairs of shoes. One of the dresses was lilac purple with a dark purple bow-belt around the middle and the skirt was slightly frilled.

The second dress had a pink-red top and the skirt was a mixture of reds, purples and pinks frilled fabrics layered on top of each other.  There was a red flower pattern going up through the middle of the dress. 

The first pair of shoes were a pair of hot pink flats with silver rhinestones placed on them.

The second pair of shoes were a pair of black flats with a pastel pink ribbon going around the rim into a bow at the front.

After looking at the options presented to me I chose the dress with the rose pattern and the pair of black flats. Mom nodded "Just make sure you come downstairs, into the living room, for your hair and makeup when your dressed." I nodded and she then left the room. 

I locked my door and changed into my chosen outfit.I didn't go straight downstairs, I just sat on my bed instead. I picked up my favourite book, Midnight, and started to read. I read roughly five pages, put it on my bedside table and made my way downstairs. I walked into the living room and sat down on one of the chairs. 

The makeup stylist used their magics to do a nude smoky-eye decorated with flowers made out of eye shadow.

The hair stylist then took over. She used her magics to curl the ends. She then took a big portion and plaited it, pinning it to the back of my head with a flower barrette.

"Done!" they announced. I stood up, thanks them and went to look in the mirror.

"Wow..." I mumbled in shock. Not to float my own boat, but I look REALLY nice!

I stood there for a moment, admiring myself when I saw Jin stand in the mirror next to me.  He was wearing black suit with a white shirt, a purple waist-coat and a purple tie.

"You look BEAUTIFUL sis!" He said happily, putting an arm around my shoulder

"You don't look so bad yourself!" I joked, laughing a bit. He gave me a friendly punch on the shoulder as mom and dad called us;

"TIME TO GO!"

"Coming..." We replied quietly. We picked up our school bags and I picked up my phone and we walked outside the house to be greeted my mom and dad. The gestured for us to climb into the limo, so we did. 

I spent the whole journey looking out the window with a slight sad expression on my face.

"It'll be fine," Jin whispered, in a reassuring voice, to me while placing his left hand on my right hand. I turned to face him and a small smile crept it's way on to my face.

As we entered the school gates I took a small gulp and prepared for anything that is too come.
