Ben groaned at the sound of Cassie's alarm clock, but quickly reached over her and shut it off. He got on his back with a sigh, then started to shake her. "Cass," his hoarse voice said, "time to wake up." She stretched and groaned, then started to sit up.

After rubbing her eyes and shuffling her hair, she said, "You don't have to go out there with me." Ben sat up and yawned, before saying, "No, no I want to." They both got out of bed and got on their bathing suits.

As Ben was waiting for her to finish getting ready, he looked out of her attic window at the ocean and smiled at the view. The sun wasn't even out yet, but it was still a beautiful sight. Of course, it wasn't as beautiful as the one that was standing beside him in her two piece bathing suit.

"Look at you," he said in awe, as he took her by the hips and looked her over. "This new?" She nodded and told him, "Yup. Like it?" He snorted, "Like it? I think that's a question for Big Ben, darling." She whacked his shoulder, then pulled him in for a kiss.

He hummed when he felt her hands move over his shoulders and down his back, then bent down and picked her up. She wrapped her legs around his waist and he laid them down on the bed. "Mmm, Ben," Cassie said, as he kissed down her neck.

He kissed across her collarbone and she smiled. "Ben," she giggled. "Ben, come on, we can do this later." He moaned in protest, but stopped his kisses and looked at her. "But you're so sexy," he whined. "Am not," she laughed.

"You, Cassandra Hansen, are my smoking hot girlfriend and I will keep saying it over and over again until you do feel that way. Am I clear? Now stop talking and let's make out for a few minutes."

After the few minutes was up, they snuck downstairs and grabbed their surfboards. Since Mark makes them, he made one for Ben as a graduation present. When they flew in yesterday, he found it in Cassie's room and couldn't stop thanking Mark for taking the time to do that for him.

Ben's gotten quite keen of surfing and he's very good at it. Whenever Cassie goes out, he goes, too. There are times were he knows she needs the alone time and usually just reads one of her new books on the porch. But all-in-all, they enjoy doing it together.

"Ready for this, Hansen?" He asked once they were far enough out in the water. She laughed and said, "Offaly cocky today, Batch." She winked at him, then started paddling towards an on coming wave.

They surfed in the dark for about an hour, until they took a break to watch the sun rise. "Do you know that when the sun hits you just right...you are madly stunning?" Ben asked as he stared at her in complete adoration. "I mean, you are madly stunning anyways, but...wow."

Cassie buried her face in her hands. "Stop, Benny, you're making me blush." He took of her hands from her face and kissed it. "I love it when you call me that," he told her. They enjoyed the view for a few more minutes, then continued on with their surfing.

At around eight o'clock they heard someone call, "Morning, love birds!" Ben and Cassie turned around and saw her grandparents walking hand-in-hand over to the house. They moved here last year to be closer to their grandkids and Cassie couldn't have been happier when she heard the news. They lived a few doors down and walked over for breakfast every Saturday.

"Morning, Grandpa!" Cassie called. "Morning, Grandma!" They waved to them, then walked inside of the house where Mark, Jenna and Jordan greeted them. "Should we go in?" Ben asked Cassie. She nodded, but then said, "Oh, wait! One more wave, I can feel it!"

He laughed and paddled out to surf the last wave with her. When they were done, they stuck their boards into the sand and dried off as they walked into the house. "There are my two surfers," Mark said. "Enjoying that board, Ben?"
