Chapter 17-Back Home

QUINCY'S POV




"What up bro. You good?", D-Ray said coming in dapping me



"Sshh yeah I'm good. I took care of that, I'm leaving tonight so we can go handle business", I told him shushing him because Synïa was in my arms knocked out.



"The doctors said you can leave?"




"I said I can leave. I have business to take care of and ain't nothing even happen to me, I just fell on some glass"




"Yeah and you lost to much blood sir. Is that your daughter?", the nurse said coming in my room.




"No this ain't my daughter this is a grown woman and I'm good. When can I leave?"




"We have a few more tests to run so you can leave tomorrow night when we're finished sir"




"No I'm not...."




"Aye chill. You know when we get back home we handling business so you need to just rest and heal bro. We got you on this deal"




"Aight but I need you in charge, I know you gone get stuff done right"




"You already know"




We talked for a few more minutes and then they headed out to go handle business and I ended up falling asleep. There wasn't nothing on tv for me to watch cause everything was in Spanish. I was pissed off about that so I really need to leave.



"Man I gotta get out of here", I mumbled opening my eyes looking around.




"No you don't, you need to rest, and heal". I didn't even know she was woke. When I looked up I saw Erica laying down on the bed they had on the side of my bed. "You only have one more day here and not even that just until tonight so just chill"




"Alright just for you"





"Promise me you'll stay in the hospital until the nurses tell you you can leave"




"I promise. And you gone be here so why you..."




"I'm leaving today Quincy. I know what's going on now and I see that you're good now I have to go"




"Okay, I'll see you when I get home then. Get up right fast"




"Are you mad?", she asked me getting up.




"No I just need to use the bathroom girl"







SYNÏA'S POV


While Quincy was in the bathroom I got my stuff and put it together and I brushed my teeth. I woke Erica up so we could get dressed and while she was in the shower I started getting the gloves and stuff they had in the room.




"Synïa why you taking the hospital stuff?"




"Because I can use these gloves for the house. And I don't mean for cleaning either", I said whispering in his ear.




"Oh yeah I gotta hurry up and get to the house. And speaking of getting there, how did you get here?"




"On a plane baby. You want some breakfast?", I said trying to change the subject.




"What plane? I checked the airport and they flights were delayed because the plane broke down so which one?"




"Damar....", I mumbled drinking some water.




"Speak up I hate that mumbling sh*t and you know it. I'm not gone ask you again, who?"




"Damarcus"




"Get out!"




I looked him like are I you serious. I got up and just grabbed all of my stuff and went to the waiting room. D-Ray walked in to see Quincy but when he saw me he came in the waiting room.



"Wassup girl. Why you out here?"




"Because Quincy told me to get out"




"For what? Y'all was just good last night"




"I know but the I told him how I got here and he got mad and kicked me out"





"Well how did you get here?





"Damarcus"





"Yeah you f*cked up. Why you do that?"





"What you mean? It's not like I had to sleep with him to get the plane I just called and asked so I could come see Quincy. Look we weren't even together but I did that and why is he mad when we weren't together?"





"You know Q don't don't like him though Sy. They haven't like each other since you and Q got together so you know better"





"Wow so the destination didn't matter. I'm here doesn't matter, first of all it was the only way I could get here to see what was going on. Y'all know I don't like to sit and feel like something is wrong and now that I'm here he gets mad because I used his plane, that he wasn't on, and I didn't see him I just called him"





"Would you like if he called Rachael to get something for her to see you?". Rachael is Quincy's ex girlfriend. Like 2 years after we started going out she tried to come back and while I was pregnant we had got into a little fight so he left for maybe a week. And while we weren't together she tried to say he was with her and she having his baby and all that, I beat her a** so bad and I had no regrets and until this very day I will whoop her a**.





"Look I honestly don't know. I don't like her and I never will, but me and him never had sex. He never said I was pregnant by him and we never did anything, it was his insecurities thinking we were together when we were just friends, besides that man has a child"





"Well then I don't know what to tell you, you just gone keep on arguing with me so I quit with yo stubborn a**. But I'll see you later"




"Okay and can you tell Erica to get our stuff so we can go"




"Yeah I got you"




He left and went in the room and Erica same out with some of the bags.



"Go in and get the rest of your stuff girl"



"No Quincy tripping and I'm not dealing with that"



"Girl you don't have to talk to him just get yo stuff and I'll go call the driver"

I went in the room and D-Ray and Quincy were laughing but stopped when I walked by. I wanted to wear something comfy so I got my tights, tank top and my ugg boots. My booty was looking real good and juicy in these tights to. When I walk I can feel it jiggle and I love it and my take top made my breast look good to. When I walk they would shake a little Quincy acting up but when he see me let's see what he gone say. I walked out the bathroom and I walked back to where my clothes and I bent my wide butt over putting my stuff in my bag and I could eyes staring at me so I turned around.




"Can I help you? Why you over there staring"

"I couldn't tell you thought that. I said his name and you just had a whole problem like I cheated on you or something"

"You should trust me. I've never cheated on you and I don't plan on it but to be honest we weren't even going out when I called. And that would be stupid for me to do that anyway. I'm gonna mess with my ex so I can go see my baby daddy in another country to check on him. Come on now"

"I know you didn't I can tell you and we didn't even see each other I just called him over the phone. He have kids and is about to get married so it wouldn't matter if I did want him"

We picked the girls up from Mama Kay's and I paid her for watching Mayanna and we left to the house. Erica went to her house with Demetria amd we went to ours. It was only 7 at night when we made it to the house.




"May you hungry?"



"Yeah a little", she said real dry on her phone.




"What's wrong with you?"




"Nothing mom"



"Mayanna Sophia Yañez Latimore I will take that phone if you don't answer me. What's the problem?"




"It's just you and dad are always gone. I know daddy is working but then you made us go over to Mama Kay's and you didn't even say where you were going. I'm scared for you to leave me without me knowing because the last time that happened it didn't end so well"




"I'm sorry May I just had to handle some business mama. I didn't want to scare you or have you worried but I did that anyway I'm sorry baby girl"




"All is forgiven if you take me grocery shopping to buy some more kool-aid and stuff to sell"




"That's how I get me apology accepted? Can I get a I love you mommy?", I said tickling her.




"Yeeewsss mommy I lovve yoouuu", she said laughing super hard.




"Okay now go put your stuff up and take a shower and we can have a movie night"




"Yay pajama and movie night", she have me a hug and ran into her room.




I went in my room and took a quick shower and put my pajamas on and when I got out I made some chili for some frito pies and I made some popcorn.



"Mom can I make the drink?"



"Yes ma'am you know where everything is", we were in the kitchen and I took a picture of us and I sent it to Quincy.




Me: Having a movie night without you...I bet u wish you were here lol 😝




Quincy: I'm getting head from my nurse I bet you wish you were here jk but I do wish I was there and tell my princess I miss her




"May daddy said he miss you"



"I miss you to daddy and I love you", I recorded her telling him and then I sent it to him.




PHONE CALL


I answered the phone and put him on speaker so May could talk to him to.



Quincy: "Y'all in the pajamas to? Aw man I gotta hurry up and get back. Why y'all don't do that when I'm there?"




Mayanna: "Sorry daddy but it's movie night. When you get back we can have a movie night"




Quincy: "Now I'm going to go to bed sad"




Mayanna: "No cause if you're sad then I'm sad and nobody's going to be able to comfort you"




Quincy: "Okay I won't cry then. Well I'm gone let y'all have y'all movie night and I'll talk to y'all later"




Me: "Alright we'll talk to you later"




Mayanna: "Love you daddy"




Quincy: "Love you to princess. And I love you to Synïa"




Me: "Love you to Quincy. Bye"




Quincy: "Bye"





END OF PHONE CALL




"So how many more days until daddy comes home?"




"Well tomorrow is Monday so he's gonna be gone the rest of the week"




"That's a long time. So what are we going to do?"




"Well I have to work at night and you selling stuff during the day so I'm going to be with you selling stuff with Demetria and then Erica will get you"




"That really sucks mom. But is the food ready I'm so hungry"




"Yeah come on", I grabbed the food and we went in my room to watch The Princess and the Frog. That was her favorite movie and we watched the movie, ate and went to sleep.





QUINCY'S POV



When I got off the phone with Synïa and Mayanna I felt because I wasn't there with them but I'm in the hospital. I can't wait to get out of here this place give me a bad vibe. I fell asleep but the nurse woke me up to take one last test so I could leave in the morning and just before I could go back to sleep Brandon and D-Ray came in.




"We got good news for you", Brandon said siting down.



"What?"




"All business is taken care of. They person got the numbers wrong on the delivery so we had just enough good good for them. And we have enough stanky baby and white boy for ourself we just have to wait for you to get out and we going to celebrate", D-Ray said real happy.



"Nurse just said this the last test they running on me and then I'm out if here in the morning"




"Cool, the rest of the crew flew back home today so it'll be just us and we staying here since you get out in some hours"




"Aight just shut up cause I'm trying to sleep"




I fell asleep and when I woke up all my stuff was together and I just had to wait for the nurse to come in and fill out the papers for me to go.




MAYANNA'S POV



When I woke up the next morning me and my mom went to the store to buy some stuff to sell with our kool-aid stand and we bought kool-aid, candy bars, Popsicles, fruit, kabob sticks, and some water. After we left from the store we picked up Demetria and went home. My mom helped us set up for the stand and when we finished we were all just sitting there.



"Mom did you get the money bucket?"



"No where is it?"



"It's on the counter"




"Okay let me go get it", she got up and went back in the house.




"Hold on I need to use the bathroom", Demetria got up and went in the house so it was just me. I saw an all black Escalade with tinted windows drive by real slow and then they turned around and parked on the curb in form of our house. I saw somebody open the door and they got out real slow but I couldn't see who it was and when they came on the other side of the truck I got up and I ran...
