Bellamy's POV

They had done it. They had managed to get inside Mount Weather. Entering through the rather peaceful agriculture area, with Clarke's knowledge of the interior, they had quickly found the control room.

Bellamy, Clarke and Finn had positioned themselves right next to the door. With a single nod, Bellamy outstretched his hand, and knocked, waiting until it opened just a few seconds later, and a man appeared in it.
But before they could be seen, and before he could have done anything, Finn knocked him down, with a single punch, right against his temples.
Quickly Bellamy dashed into the control room, ready to fight, but except for a dozen beeping machines, it was empty. This seemed to have been the only guard in there.
Nonetheless he didn't allow himself to feel too relieved about this. Not until they had accomplished what they came for.
And that was to find (y/n), and the others. As quick as possible.
„Raven", he said in a commanding tone, turning his gaze away from the computers and screens in front of him.
He couldn't hack them. But Raven could.
Raven nodded, before she sat down, staring at the screen and started to type swiftly. Bellamy didn't pay much attention to the process. He didn't understand it anyways.
Instead, he ordered Finn to watch the door, before carefully walking around in the room, letting his gaze wander over the cables and technical equipment. He wondered what all of this was used for.
„Got it", Raven hissed, ripping him out of his thoughts. Immediately he was back at her side.
She had hacked into the security cameras, and flicked through them, picture by picture.
Bellamy didn't dare to blink, scared, that he might miss her.
„There!", he breathed, causing Raven to stop moving. The picture was bad, but it clearly showed his friends. „Jasper... Nathan", Clarke whispered, but Bellamy kept on searching the screen. (Y/n). Where was she?
„Where's (y/n)", he asked, gaze still fixed on the screen. Clarke paused. „She's not there."
„Neither is Monty", Raven observed, her eyes jumping wildly over the screen, searching for a sign for any of them.
„Skip further through the security footage", Bellamy ordered, and Raven obeyed immediately.
But all of a sudden a little window popped up, causing Raven to halt. „What?", Bellamy hissed, getting nervous. This would cost time. „What's wrong?"
Raven hesitated. „It's password secured. Whatever we get to see, when I get the access key – they don't want anyone to see it."
„Can you crack it?", Clarke asked, gaze also fixed on the PC.
Raven nodded. „Of course I can."
„Do it", Bellamy said, pushing himself away from the table, to let Raven work.
„Quick, please", Finn's voice sounded from the door. „I think someone is coming."

Bellamy's gaze darted to the unconscious guard on the floor. And immediately his mind started to hit on an idea.
In record time, they had undressed the guard, and Bellamy had put on his armour, just in time, when a knock sounded from the door.
„Raven", Clarke hissed, but the computer kept sending error messages. It knocked again.
„Got it", Raven whispered and Bellamy nodded.
„Find out where they are."
Raven didn't even have the time to come back with a snappy remark, for Bellamy had reached the door. Finn hid on the other side, concealed by the door itself, while Bellamy tried to open it just as much, so whoever stood outside wouldn't be able to see Raven and Clarke, still typing on the computer.

Outside of the door stood two other men. They were slightly smaller than him, and both dressed in guards uniforms. If the going would go rough, he would at least be able knock down one of them, until Finn would help him.
„What took you so long?", asked the taller one, and Bellamy, back stretched, chin up, tried his best to seem believable. „I thought I've seen something suspicious on the cameras. False alarm."
The men who had spoken lifted an eyebrow. „Wasn't Emerald to be on watch?"
„Didn't feel good", Bellamy countered, hoping Raven would hurry up. „Aha", the other guard said. „Well, however, if you would let us inside now. Shift change. Just in your favour."
Bellamy held the door tight, and didn't move a centimeter. He opened his mouth and tried to come up with a good excuse, as all of a sudden an earpiercing sound echoed through the hallway.
„Containment breach", the other guardsman breathed, before running off. „I'll just lock the door", Bellamy explained at the questioning stare of the other man, and pretended to close the door, until finally, the other guard, too, ran away. Bellamy let out a relieved sigh.
„What was that?", he asked as he turned around. „Containment breach alert. Here, and all the hallway down."
„Raven?", Finn said, turning to her. „Did I tell you, that you're brilliant?"
„Let's go", Raven just answered, a grin spreading over her face, and Clarke took the lead. „I know the way."
„Wait", Bellamy said and ran back to the unconscious man, taking the weapon he had had no time to grab earlier.
„Now we can go."

(Y/N)'s POV
Monty rattled at his cage, screaming at Dr Tsing. „Let her go! Take me! She is too weak, can't you see that? She'll die!"
But Dr Tsing didn't pay attention to him.
Instead she made sure, that the leather strips she had fastened you to, were tight enough to hold your struggling. You didn't go down without fighting. The bite marks on her left forearm were prove of that.
With all your remaining strength you struggled against your bonds, but it was useless. You couldn't move at all. Again Monty shouted at her, but you were too much concerned with getting out of your shackles, to pay attention to him right now.
The blood was pumping in your ears, the adrenaline giving you last resources of strength. You knew what would follow. You had felt it three times already. And you didn't know if you could stand a fourth one.
You didn't feel much as Dr Tsing made the first cut with her scalpel. The anaesthesia worked at least on your skin. But not much longer and she would insert the big, large needle right into your spine. You pressed your eyes shut, your whole body tensed.
'Bellamy', you thought, as you gulped heavily, biting your lip, to stop the tears from streaming down your face. 'Bellamy.' Would you ever see him again? If he wasn't already dead, you would be soon.
„Bellamy", you whispered, when you could feel the familiar pain as the needle pierced your body. In this exact moment suddenly the alarm started to go off.
The people around stopped. „Dr Tsing, we have to get out of here. Now!"
You couldn't see her face, but you were sure, that she was weighing the consequences of leaving you.
„I'm gonna shut the wound. We can't let her die, without the last bit of bone marrow." Roughly she stitched up your skin, before she hurried out of the room, accompanied by her two assistants.
Still fastened to the bed, tears of relieve flooded your face. You wouldn't die. Not now.
But later you would.
„Monty?", you asked, your voice broaken and raucous. „I'm scared."
There was a small pause. „I know", he answered and you could hear him shifting in his cage. „But you'll be fine. The others will come and get us."
You nodded. „Sure they will."
Sometimes hope was the only thing one had left.
You didn't know for how long you had been lying there, as suddenly hurried footsteps reached your ear. „They are coming back", you breathed, with a tearful voice. „They are coming back."
But to your surprise Monty let out a gasp as the door opened. „Clarke! Bellamy. Raven, Finn!"
Wait, what? What did he say?
All of a sudden you could feel hands around your tied wrists, causing you to scream out in surprise.
„It's alright, it's alright", Bellamy sad as he started to untie the leather bands. Tears started to form in your eyes, as you heard his familiar voice.
„Finn", he barked, and immediately you could feel someone else working at your other hand.
„Help me to get Monty out of here", Clarke told Raven, and you could hear them working against the lock.
As soon as your hands and legs were free, you turned around carefully, knowing that the wound in your back might not withstand sudden movement.
And the first you saw was Bellamy.
Instantly he wrapped an arm around your shoulder to support you, but all you could do was staring at him.
Slowly you reached up to his face, until you carefully touched his cheek. „You're alive", you breathed, not being able to look away from him, scared that he might vanish as soon as you would. Bellamy gave you a sad smile, before pressing a gentle kiss on your forehead. „So are you."
Tears had formed in his eyes as he looked at you, seeing your bloody face and the damage they had done to your body. „It's alright, Bellamy", you whispered. He nodded. Carefully he picked you up, turning back to the others.
„Bellamy." Clarke's voice was stern. „You and Finn get her out of here. Now! We're going to get the others."

Bellamy's POV
Bellamy nodded. As much as he hated to leave the rescue of his friends to others, he couldn't risk to lose her again. He would make sure, that she was safe. This time he would look out for her.
Pressing her tightly against his chest, he ran through the corridors, Finn at his side, the weapon in his hands.
This time he would make everything alright.
