"No no no doctor you must have gotten something wrong, I cant, it couldnt have." I start screaming, crying and shouting and mom squeezes my hand trying to calm me.
"Noooo my baby, noooo, no mom, no!!! No I cant lose my baby, I cant lose my baby boy, I cant lose Mason, noooo!!!" Mom hugs me to calm me.
"Shh shhhhh shhhh Bailey shhhhhh, its okay."
"I could feel it was gonna be a boy. Its all my fault!!!!!"
My head was pounding.
"Mom you cant tell anyone that I lost the baby. Promise me you wont, promise me."
My mom has a look of concern in her eye.
"I promise."
*Brett's POV*
"Bwett, when doeth Athtin come back, I mith her..." Lizzy whispers and tugs at my blankets.
"Come here." She climbs in and sits on my stomach.
"I miss her too." She gives me a kiss and lays on top of me in a ball. I throw the blankets over us and I see a sliver of morning sunlight make its way into my room.
"Bwett?" She whispers.
"Yes my unicorn?"
"Doethn't everwything seem so borwing without her?"
"Yeah kiddo, life doesnt even make sense."I think out loud. I kiss her head.
"Go sleep. As soon as you know it she will be back, safe and sound." She closes her eyes and soon she falls asleep. I study the crack in the ceiling and my mind goes straight to her, so i shut my eyes closed tight and try falling asleep because I don't want to feel the heartache. Sometimes I just wish I could take it all back, no baby, no problem but then again the baby didnt ask to be made. ugghhh stupid me stupid stupid me. Why dont condoms work, never mind that, what the hell was I even thinking.
