Y/n pov
I woke up cuddling with hayes. I kissed Hayes for the first time last night. It was just a simple kiss then we cuddled and fell asleep nothing much but that kiss made me feel something I haven't felt in a while. I smiled and rubbed Hayes tummy lightly. He was laying on his back and I had my head on his chest and shoulder a little. Hayes had his one arm that I was kind of laying on just spread out and his other at his side a little bit away from his side. Hayes started to move a little. "Mmmm." He mumbled out. I just didn't say anything. "Hi." Hayes croaked out. "Morning." I said still rubbing his stomach. "Don't stop." Hayes said. "Want me to rub your back or your stomach?" I asked. "Back." He said. I moved off him a little and he turned over. I still laid on my side now rubbing his back lightly. "Hayes we have to talk to the boys about us dating and Nate and I being just friends." I said. "Right now." He groaned. "Yes we have to get around. Go take a shower and we can leave." I said. "What about breakfast?" He whined. "I'll make you eggs and bacon but you have to get up." I said kissing his back. "Or we could lay here and do...." he trailed off. "Ha no." I said getting up. "Stop being horny and let's go." I said walking downstairs to the kitchen. I grabbed the eggs and bacon with the cheese and milk and salt and pepper and started the make the eggs and bacon.

After I put the food in the pans I felt big strong arms wrap around me. "Hi." I said to Hayes who had his face nestled into my neck. He just mumbled ha kissed my neck.

"K your food is done." I said to Hayes. "Thank you." He said taking it to the dinning table and sitting down. I grabbed my bagel and sat across from him.

"K let's go." I said walking to the car. Hayes and I are going to meet Swazz, mike, tez, Nate, Sammy, Johnson at Nates house then going to go to the beach. "Are you nervous?" Hayes asked. "A little why?" I asked. "Because I kind of am. And Nash is gonna be there with his girlfriend and the last time I dated someone was like before I was all famous and whatever." Hayes said paying attention the road cause he was driving. "Don't be." I said kissing his cheek.
BEEP
I saw that I got a txt from nash.
"Hey go right to the beach not Nates." It said. I just txt back ok and told Hayes to just drive to the beach.
"We're here." Hayes said when we pulled up to the beach. "Itll be fine come on." I said getting out of the car. "Hey boys." I said setting my towel down so I could sit on it. "Y/n!" Tez screamed hugging me. "Hi." I laughed. "I haven't seen you in forever." He said dramatic. He always does this. "I know it's only been not even 24 hours." I said being dramatic. We both laughed. I hugged the rest of the guys and said hi to Taylor Nash's girlfriend. "You guys wanted to tell us something what is it?" Nash asked. I looked at Nate then to Sammy then to Hayes. "I broke up with Nate." I said. It was quite from everyone. "After Elly was born I just wasn't as happy as I was with Nate before she was born. I will never talk to Elly or diamond but Nate and I are friends now that's all." I said. "So nothing will be ok ward between anyone. We're fine this whole time we've been great just she needs to be happy." Nate said. "Which is why me and Hayes are dating." I said smiling at Hayes. "What?" Nash said shocked. "Well I'm happy for you guys." Tez and Johnson said. "Thank you." I smiled. "You ok with this?" I asked Nash. "My little brother is growing up." Nash said loud and gave Hayes a big hug. I smiled. "Well congratulations and nothing should be ok ward between anyone of us." Taylor said. "Thanks you all of you." I smiled. Hayes smiled at me and pulled me into his chest. "Um I have to get this." Nate said looking at his phone that was ringing. We all just mumbled oks and he walked off a little.

"I'm gonna walk for a second." I said to Hayes. We've been talking for like 10-15 minutes and Nate still hasn't came back. Also I want to get up and walk down the beach. "You want me to come?" Hayes asked. "No I'm good." I said kissing him and leaving.

Nates pov
I walked away from the group to answer my phone. Diamond was calling. She took Elly for today. I walked down the beach talking to diamond. "What's up?" I asked into the phone. "Um well I wanted to tell you that I don't need your help anymore with Elly." She said. My whole body my world stopped. "What?" I asked. "Elly's real father came back and wants to help me take care of her." She said. "Are you crazy! I signed those parent papers Elly is technically my kid!" I said into the phone. "Elly isn't yours and that paper is going to be nothing once I get lawyers involved. Your not her dad anyways why do you care?" She said. "Because I've taken care of Elly since the second she was born. A father a dad is someone who loves and cares and protects there child a dad a father is not by blood." I said. "You will no longer be having Elly I'll see you in court." She said and hung up. I was in shock. I sat down on the sand. I couldn't see my friends anymore. I new where they were just I walked so far. I stared to cry. After a little while I was sobbing. Loud. "Nate?" I heard a voice say. I looked up to see y/n looking at me. I tried to stop crying but I couldn't. She walked up to me sitting next to me bringing me into her arms. I sobbed into her. "Shhh take a deep breath." She said. "What's wrong?" She asked. "Diamond....is." I said but started to sin again. "Elly away." I cried. "Diamonds taking Elly away." She said. I nodded and cried into her more. "Diamond will never take Elly away from you. Your Elly's dad. Your Elly's big super hero. Your Elly's big protecter from boys and life. Your gonna sit there with Elly when she's older telling her she can't go on this date with this boy named Jake to the movies." Y/n said. I laughed a little. "I don't want to lose her." I said. "We are winners not losers. You will never be taken away from Elly. I promise." She said looking into my eyes. I nodded and leaned back into her. Y/n wrapped her arms around me. "Let's get going it's supposed to rain." She said. "In California?" I asked. "Yes now come on we'll go back to my house and watch movies." She said. I smiled and we walked back to the boys and Taylor.

Y/n pov
I sat down next to Hayes as Nate sat down my Sammy. "Everything ok?" Hayes asked wrapping his arms around me. "Diamond wants to take Elly away from Nate." I whispered. "I'm sorry." Hayes said. "I don't think Elly will ever be taken away from Nate." I said. Hayes smiled and kissed me. "Hey we're gonna go get food Nate want to come?" Nash asked. "Ya sure y/n let's hang out Tuesday night?" Nate asked. "Ya that works." I smiled. "You two want to come?" Nash asked me and Hayes. "No where good." Hate answered. "Ok well I'll txt you where we're going And you two have fun with the rest of your day." Nash said getting in is car. Hayes grabbed my hand quickly taking me to the car.

After driving for a while we finally got home. I walked inside and went up to our room. I felt Hayes wrap his strong arms around me from behind. He started to kiss my neck. "Hayes what are you doing?" I asked. "Shhh don't worry." He said. I turned around to face him. I looked at his eyes then to his lips. Fuck it i said and kissed Hayes. Which now is a really heated make out session. Hayes hand traveled up to my chest grabbing my right boob. I moaned a little. Which Hayes put his tongue in my mouth. He pushed me back on the bed. I laid on my back pulling Hayes shirt off.
