Derek pov Today was y/n birthday so I decided to get her flowers today. Of course i got her other gifts but flowers are important. I woke up seeing a sleeping y/n next to me.

I got used making sure not to wake her. I got dressed then left.
"Hi can i have 21 roses." I said to the lady. "Of course." She said and left to the back of the store. Y/n is turning 21 so im getting her 21 roses. Its going to be me and her all day then tonight we are having this big part cause she is 21 so of course its going to be big. The lady came back and gave me the roses. I paid and left. When i got up i put y/n mango smoothie from panera on side table by our bed then the roses on the bed. I wanted her to wake up to them. I left to go make my self some food so i wouldnt be hungry. I walked upstairs after eating and saw y/n awake reading the card i gave her. I stood in the doorway. "Do you like it? This isnt all." I said walking up to her kissing her lips then sitting on the bed in front of her. "I love it thank you but you didnt need to." She said. "Well theres more and i had to and i wanted to and you also have your BIG birthday party tonight." I said. "Thank you." She smiled. "So when am I getting the rest of the gifts and thank you for the 21 roses and yes i counted and the smoothie." She said. "Well your welcome and we are going to eat lunch then i will give you your gift." I smiled. "Thank you." She whispered and kissed me hard. "Skip lunch." She said and pulled me down so i was on top of her.
"Best gift i think i have gotten today." She said out of breath. "Well this is your other gift." I said grabbing a bag from under the bed. She sat up covering herself with the sheet. I sat up making sure i was covered. She opened the gift. "Babe its keys, why is there keys here?" She asked. She looked at me like i was dumb. "Well i may have gotten you a car." I said leaning back on the bed on my arms. "What!?" She asked. "I can't believe you.!" "Thank you!" She screamed and hugged me. "What does it look like?" She asked. "Well we get it tomorrow and here its on my phone." I said getting my phone out to show her.
