"What movie?" I asked my boyfriend as we sat in his basement. Tonight was Saturday so we decided to hang out. "What we got?" He asked. "Well do you want an animated movie or a real life movie?" I asked. "Real people." He said. "alright, we've got..." I started and named off a bunch of movies he just kept saying no to. "You know what lets watch Mulan." I smiled and played the Disney princess movie. "Babe no come on." He groaned as I cuddled up to him happy that we were watching this movie. "What you don't wanna cuddle?" I asked. "No come here." He said bringing me closer to him. "I don't wanna watch this. I didn't even know we had this!" He said. I laughed. "Well to bad. Watch it for me." I said.

It was the middle of the movie and I started to fall asleep. "Baby." I heard him whisper. I mumbled. "Come on let's have you lay down in my bed." He said picking me up off the couch and bringing me to his room. He laid me down and put his blankets over us. "Goodnight." I barley made out. "Goodnight princess." He said kissing my head and pulling into his chest.

I was running. From what? I don't know. "Get back here?" I heard my fathers voice. I don't see my dad anymore he was abusive to me. "No!" I kept yelling. "Leave me alone! Leave me alone!" I yelled.

I shot up. Breathing heavy. I was grilling onto the streets in my right hand while my left hand was shaking. "Baby what's wrong?" He said sitting up quick. "It was just a dream." I said. "It didn't seem like one." He said. I nodded. "It was about my dad. I don't wanna talk about it don't worry I'm ok now." I said holding his hand. He nodded sleepily. "Let's lay down." He said pulling me to lay down with him. "Goodnight princess." He said holding me so I faced his chest and his head rested on top of mine. I kissed his chest. "Goodnight." I said and fell asleep again.
