"Jamesssssss" Sirius groaned. (I know what you're thinking but no😏) "Get your ass out of bed they've nearly reached Hogwarts !"
"Okay calm it bro. I'm getting up" James mumbled, stifling a yawn.
But Sirius began ranting. "You are so goddamn lazy you sleep for decades. I really don't understand what happened to you since the times we used to sneak out under the cloak and barely get 3 hours of sleep. Seriously you are so fat and I'm pretty sure your brain size is diminishing. Lily should just break up with you. No I don't mean that. Oh look there's that malfoy. Thinks he's too cool. I don't understand they made him a prefect?? And Ron?? I mean what has happened to dumbly he didn't even choose Harry at least he is the quidditch caption he didn't lose all his brains. Unlike you. I don't even know why they made you head boy either. You were actually pretty good unexpectedly may I say. Remember how you used to scare snivellus and his gang? They- OHMYGOD MALFOY JUST PUNCHED HARRY!! NOPE YOU DON'T KID!!"
"Sirius!! Chill!! " Lily said wearily as she joined him at the window. She gasped upon looking at the blood cells Ming out of Harry's nose and as he was deserted.
"Damn it" James mumbled. "Eh. He'll be fine. " Lily glared at him. "See!! There's lovegood! He's saved!" James protested.
"Whatever. All I'm saying he shouldn't be so reckless. He can-"
James and Sirius rolled their eyes at the usual lecture that they suffered whenever Harry did something wrong. They left the window and went back to the room.
"So James. Tell me who you like your son with?" Sirius began.
"Cho Chang, I'm pretty sure it's a no. I think Hermione but isn't she hitting it off wit Ron?"
"Hmm. Maybe. I like the Weasley girl though. She's feisty. Good for Harry."
Lily entered the room and the conversation stopped. James smiled at her and she blushed.
"God, you 2 are so cute. Like OTP" Sirius pretend-squealed.
"We know. Now leave me and my girl alone. Shoo!!" James said, pulling Lily towards himself and away from Sirius.
Sirius but a hand on his heart and feigned heartbreak. "I'm heartbroken. Lily, how could you do this to me!?"
"Out, Sirius!"
