"Coral, wake up." I turned over and snuggled down into the mile-wide cloud I was enveloped in. I want to stay here forever and sleep as if that's all I could do with the rest of my life. I would definitely stay here again.

I felt like I was drifting into the sky again when I went to brush a fly off my neck.

"Coral." Someone whispered right by my ear and I immediately jumped to the other side of the bed and looked at him, stopping myself from screaming by grabbing the mattress tightly.

"Eli!" I screamed, crawling over again and pushing his chest as he lied with his hands behind his head and legs stretched out on the opposite side of the bed.

He didn't say anything, he just smirked and looked at me without moving. He looked quite pleased with himself, I just wish I knew the reason.

"What are you doing?" I asked, shaking my head and pushing my hair out of my face.

"I thought you'd appreciate being woken up." He said, like it was no big deal. He still lied next to me, looking up at me...and down it seemed. I rolled my eyes internally and willed myself not to cover up. He could only see my vest top but I had no bra on so he probably thought he'd won the jackpot.

"Why?" I questioned. You never wake someone. It's common sense. If they're still asleep, they need it. "Why are you laying on the bed?" It was highly inappropriate, especially for someone who wasn't as close to the friend bracket as he thought he was.

"One. This is the comfiest bed in the apartment and two. It's ten o'clock and I remember you saying you're meeting your brother at ten thirty for...brunch." He said, in a voice full of disgust for the meal.

I ignored his first statement and jumped up at the fact it was ten. I didn't have time for a shower but I had one yesterday so it should be alright. I rushed to my suitcase and grabbed the easiest outfit to put on and ran to the bathroom while Eli continued to watch from the bed, looking extremely relaxed.

"Why do you always change in the bathroom?" I heard him call through the door as I jumped to pull on my light-wash ripped boyfriend jeans quickly.

"Because you always seem to be there when I want to get changed and I don't have the time or energy to push you out every time." I said pulling my white jumper over my head. It had true written in pink with two roses underneath and it was easy to wear.

"I wouldn't mind, you know." He said as I walked out of the bathroom. He was now standing right outside of the door and I nearly ran into him on the way to my suitcase to pack the remainder of my stuff.

"I'm quite aware you wouldn't mind. That doesn't mean I wouldn't." I said, zipping the suitcase up and placing it on the bed with my handbag, also making sure I had everything I needed in that. I noticed a small flower crown I had forgotten about in the bottom and took it out placing it on my head where my hair was in a messy bun.

"So you have noticed." He said, sitting down on the opposite side of the bed in front of me.

"I'm not talking about that." I said, looking up at him quickly. I couldn't dwell on all of this right now. I was talking about the fact he keeps checking me out. However, I did notice that he was wearing a simple grey V-neck and black jeans that hugged everything.

"You've noticed I'm trying to be nicer?" He questioned. Of course I've noticed. He's like a different person to the one I know at school.

"Yes." I breathed finally, I picked up my handbag and placed my suitcase on the floor. "I have to go. I'll be back here at eleven tomorrow. Thank you for letting me stay." I said, moving to the stairs as he followed me, taking my suitcase off me as I partially struggled getting it down the spiral staircase.
