"Decided what you want to do in college yet?" She asked.

"Nope, it's an impossible decision that I'm gonna have to make at some point." I said, staring at my hands on the table. Seems like there's a lot of them around at the moment. I had a lot to think about and none of it I could really put off. I knew Eli was going to push me even if he didn't mean to, that's just who he was. He felt everything passionately and wouldn't back down unless he definitely knew he couldn't win. College was a different matter that had been plaguing me for years. I knew the college I wanted to go to but I didn't want to go just for the experience. It was a place for education first and foremost and going there with no clue was not my wish. I liked many subjects but putting that into a career was the harder move.

"I think she should look at the ten colleges that just offered her scholarships to go to their schools." Eli commented placing our drinks on the table in front of us and taking a seat beside me, placing an arm behind my back. I glared at him out of the corner of my eye but he was looking at Lia across from us.

"What? Coral?" She exclaimed, smiling widely.

"Eli shouldn't have said that. I have my heart set on Harvard but it's the content of my time at college I'm undecided on." I explained, calmly.

"You don't have to go in immediately with a major, Cory. Theo didn't decide until a year or two ago that he wanted to be a doctor and spent most of his time partying." I had considered this but it didn't seem like me. I liked to have things planned ahead and this was one thing that seemed to be hard to consolidate onto a calendar. "But, tell me more about these scholarships?"

"There's nothing to say..." I mumbled.

"She basically got offered scholarships from Stanford, Berkeley, TAMU, Florida and every other top swimming college in the US after she won all three of her races at the gala this weekend." Eli did not mumble, he actually seemed quite proud as he told Lia.

"That's amazing Coral!" She smiled.

"But as I have been repeating to Elijah for the last couple of months, I don't want to go to college for swimming." I said, glaring at him again as he continued to ignore my annoyance at him.

"Why?" She asked. I suppose I hadn't really explained or told anyone that swimming didn't seem like a viable option to me. The best could make a career out of it but I had never even looked at it to know if I could achieve that. I was told I was good but that wasn't by many top people, however now I had a little bit of consolidation that could mean something for my future.

"Because..." I didn't want to say anything definite to them now, I hadn't really had the opportunity to think about it.

"This would be so good for you." Lia told me.
