Family Ties

Awesome day

Jackson woke up in his hotel room after he arrived in Magnolia the day before and went to his old guild hall to get information about the job he was going to be taking with his and Lucy's old team. After he stretched he looked out the window to see the sun just barely rising at 0700 in the morning. "Well today is going to be awesome." With that he got dressed in his uniform and grabbed his gear and went towards the train station to wait for Team Natsu. While waiting he started to go over a file about the job Makarov wanted him to help complete. At 0835 Team Natsu walks up to where Jackson is waiting. "Since you didn't answer yesterday. What is your name?" Erza asked to which Jackson looked up from his stack of files. "My name is Wulf. Its nice to meet you Ms. Scarlet." Wulf/Jackson said as he extends his hand. Erza took his hand and shakes it. She is about to ask him how he knows her name when he just walks away to get on the train. "Well we've got a job to do." Wulf/Jackson said as he got on the train. While Team Natsu just stands there wondering why. Why they had to take orders from an outsider? Why there Master trusted him so much? To many 'Why's' for one day.

On the train

Team Natsu follows Wulf/Jackson into the train only to find themselves in an empty train car with three tables one with a map, another with Jacksons weapons and gear and the other empty with chairs surrounding it. "This is for us. I rented a car so we could get ready for the job."

When they sat in one the empty booths with another small table infront of them the team is about to introduced themselves when Wulf stops them "I know who you all are already" Wulf says as he looks down on separate files of each of the team members.

"Scarlet, Erza. Parents location unknown possible deceased. Grew up in Rosemary village until you were taken and then grew up in the tower of heaven. Where you learned your magic 'Requipment' then Fairy Tail till now."

"Fullbuster, Gray. Both Parents deceased. Cause of death 'Demon' Deliora. Grew up in Isvan With a Milkovich, Ur and a Vastia, Lyon where the two of you learned 'Ice maker magic'. Went to fight Deliora after was sighted again and then Milkovich sacrificed herself to save Fullbuster and Vastia. Went to Fairy Tail to find a strong wizard in hopes of reversing Milkovich's 'condition' only to find out there was no reversing it."

"Marvel, Wendy. Parent Grandeeney 'Dragon' Deceased. Learned 'Dragon slaying magic' Travelled with a man named Mystogan till he left you in the care of 'Cait Shelter' Guild where you met Carla your current partner. Years later you were sent on job to defeat the oracion seis where you then learned that your guild was a façade and then joined Fairy Tail till now."

"And finally."

" Dragneel, Natsu. Parent Dragneel, Igneel 'Dragon' Deceased. Learned 'Dragon slaying magic' Joined Fairy Tail at a young age. Became "Friends" with Fullbuster and Scarlet around the same time. Found current partner in egg in woods. Not very smart has challenged on multiple accounts four 'S-Class' Wizards to prove how strong you are. Also says is loyal to friends/family." Jackson looks up from the files and looked at the group, then cleared his throat and continued.

"This is where I start to wonder about all but three of you (Wendy, Carla, and Happy). In all of your files it says the same thing." Wulf/Jackson clears his throat. "Chased away one Heartfilia, Lucy. Reason behind this is because she was pregnant and you all believed it belonged to a former guild mate. The file doesn't have a last name but first name Jackson. Who you also "Forced" to leave because you believed him to be a monster." Wulf/Jackson said as he closed the files. The Mages just sat lost in the fact that he knew so much about them all. "I do my homework about who I'm going to be working with. I don't like diggin' into peoples past but it helps to know who your working with. Here is a file about me, our first stop is in a few hours so do whatever." Wulf/Jackson said as he puts down his file and then went to an empty booth. The other mages just sat where he left them till Erza opened his file and started to read it. While Natsu and Gray sat and ate some food that was brought in by the train staff. While Wendy goes and talks with Wulf/Jackson. "Mr. Wulf may I sit here?" The ever so polite Wendy asked as Wulf/Jackson looked out the window. Only to answer with a polite nod. A few minutes later Wulf/Jackson starts to talk. "I'm sorry about earlier. Especially if I brought up any bad memories." Wulf/Jackson said as he stroked his beard. Wendy just shook her head waving it off.

While Erza read the file and shared it with Natsu and Gray. "So his name is 'Heart, Wulf'. He is retired Army. He has one sister no parents. Under magic it's blacked out along with most of the other information." Erza says as she set down the folder. "So we don't have any information about him while he has so much info about us." Gray said as he crossed his arms. While Natsu is just quiet since he was reminded about Lucy. They look over towards Wendy and Wulf/Jackson who are having a conversation.

When they stop at there first stop. Wulf/Jackson stands up and walks over to the table with the maps. "Alright so the job is to investigate this dark guild named 'Blue Dragons' it's just outside of the town 'Port Hope' which our client is the mayor." Wulf said as he looked around at the mages at the table. "Any questions?" Wulf asked as the rest of them sit there when Erza and Natsu raised their hands. Wulf pointed at Erza. "So do you have any idea why were investigating the guild, and how long till we get the town." Erza asked as she looked at the request. "My best guess is they possible stole something from the town. Ans we should be at the town in about an hour." Wulf said as he then looked at Natsu. "Alright so first of all how did you get all the info about us? Second why don't we have a lot of info on you? And finally how many people are in this guild?" Natsu asked when Wulf/Jackson just shook his head. "Ok I got most of that info from your guild master. Second my info is mostly classified I cant control that and lastly I'm not even sure. Could be fifty. Could be a hundred." Wulf/Jackson said as he sat at the table looking at a picture of the guild hall.

But little did they know this simple job was going to turn into something much bigger then they were ever expecting.
