What Happened

We left Jackson sitting at the Metal 0-1 diner waiting for Lucy to finish her shift

House

After Lucy's shift they walk back to the house. "Alright you sit there while I get you something to drink." Lucy said as she ran to the kitchen. She came back with two different drinks. Water and alcohol. "Thank you this is definitely the better part of my week....... By far." Jackson said when his pocket started to make a noise so he pulled Max out of his pocket and put him on the ground then Jethro walked up to him and started to smell him just to have Max lick his nose. "Uhhh so you got another dog?" Lucy asked Jackson he set down his drink to answer her. "Not a dog wolf pup and my new partner since Jethro is staying with you." Jackson said then Lucy finally asked the one question she needed the answer to. "So what happened on that job of yours?" Jackson just sat there and looked at his sister. "Welllll it turned kind of pear shaped."

The Job a Few days back

"Alright guys get up we have to catch up with whats left of the 'Blue Dragons'." Wulf/Jackson said as he made breakfast for all of them. Erza and Wendy woke up without that much trouble and while they ate Wulf/Jackson kicked Gray which woke him up. While Natsu was woken up by Max who Wulf/Jackson now looking back at it should have fed him before now. "OWW! What the hell!?" Natsu yelled with Max still attached to his ear. Wendy walked over and took Max off of Natsu and put him on the floor as Wulf/Jackson put some sausage in front of him. "If you woke up when the rest of us did this wouldn't have happened." Erza said as she ate her waffles. After that little incident they packed up there stuff while Wulf/Jackson left to get something. When they got outside the hotel they found Wulf sitting on top of a Humvee waiting for them. "Lets go we don't have all day." He shouted as he went threw the turret and into the front seat. And just like that they were off again.

The ride

"So where and why did you get this thing?" Erza asked as Wulf drove to get to Crocus. "Well the where is easy I left it here the last time I was in Mercsville and the why is because its a whole lot faster then walking." He replied as they hit a bump in the road which caused Natsu to fall over onto Grays lap while Wendy was apologizing to him because her spell didn't work on him. "So you said you could tell us tales when things went as you say 'pear shaped'. Care to tell us one?" Wendy asked as she pet Max.

"Sure. It was during my first deployment. Our first day at the camp and we started to take fire. I ran to the closest gun placement and started to fire back by the time more people came out we had already lost the guys who were on the gun before me. The fight in all lasted an hour when it was over I was walking threw the camp checking on my guys when I found a few wounded. When we brought them to the medics it was too late..." Wulf said as he drove. This story left most of the group quiet as he just looked out the front window. "Another time I went in with my squad to the Sahara. We went in to rescue a guy who got captured. But we didn't know he was a traitor. So we fast-roped in only for our helicopter to be shot down. The next three hours I lost everyone in my squad and was forced to run on foot into the desert. After hours of walking my wounds forced me to the ground. I wrote my will and looked at a picture of my family." Jackson said as he pulled to the out skirts of Crocus. "What happened? How did you make it out?" Erza asked as they passed stores. "There was a predator drone watching it all happen. So they sent a helicopter to pick me up." Jackson said as he stopped in the center of Crocus. "Were here. Time to find these guys and end it." He said as he got out.
