I was now 4 months pregnant with a kinda big bump. The baby was growing extremely fast so the docter said for us to expect an early birth. We graduate in less then 2 months which Im excited for. After I graduate i plan on getting an apartment for me Jacquees and the baby. Once I have the baby in late September I would start going to Cosmetology school.
At this moment I was currently at work. I got a job at Sofora. It was a good paying job so I wasnt complaining.
"Excuse me Miss" I looked up from the eyeshadows that I was puuting out for show and seen a middle aged lady walk up to me.
"Yes how may I help you" I gave off a bright smile
"Im not sure what color foundation matches my skin do you think you could help me"
"Oh yea come over to our sample station" I lead her to my station. I pulled out all of our darker foundation colors that would match her skin tone. As I started to dab one foundation on her cheek we started to have a conversation
"Are you pregnant?"
"Yea about 4 months"
"Wow you look so young"
"Well I turn 18 in 2 weeks so yea. This one is best for you skin tone just make sure you even it out" I handed her a mirror
"Thank you sweetheart. I think Ill by that and that new cucumber face mask yall have"
After I checked her out I went and got my stuff ready to got home. It had to be atleast around 10 pm. I was one of the 6 other people to lock up the store. I stood outside waiting for Jacquees to pull up.
He has yet to find a job. He constantly asks me for money which I have no problem with but he never pays me back or anything. The money that I make is suppose to be going towards our baby but I cant even keep my whole check with him asking for money
Finally Jacquees pull up and I got in.
"Hey ma" He leaned over and kissed my cheek
"Hey"
"How was work"
"Good. Can we stop to Subway"
"Yea"
Soon after we got my food we headed home. I wanted to take a shower and relax. We were off of school on spring break so I wanted to get all the sleep I could.
"Ny what time is you appointment tomorrow" Jacquees asked me
"11 in the morning"
"Just making sure so we would be up in time"
~ The mext morning~
We had just arrived at the docters office. Today we find out what gender our baby is. Im hoping we have a boy but i will be satisfied with whatever god gives me. We have been shoping for the baby but only go things that could be worn by a boy or girl.
"Nyla?" I heard my docter call out. I got up with the help of Jacquees and walked to the back
"Hey how are you guys"
"Were good Dr.Whilden" I said to her with a smile
"Oh my your getting big already. 4 months last monday right" She beamed while setting up the ultrasound machine.
"Yup"
"Your quite over there Jacquees whats going on"
"Nothing just excited to see my babygirl"
"How you know its a girl"
"Trust me it is" He cheesed. Lately hes been talking about a girl but at first he wanted a boy. So lets pray it a girl or he might have a fit
"Ok so lets begin. Go ahead and lay back and pull your shirt up Nyla"
I did as told and watched as she put the cold jell on my stomach than used the wand to rub it in
"Ok so here is their feet and hands. He or she is growing perfect." I smiled as i watched the screen
"Ok so now for the gender" She moved the wand to the other side of my belly "Looks like its a....girl"
"Yes! I was right" A loud out burst came from Jacquees. Me and the docter looked at him a laughed
"Well yes you were. Pictures right?"
"Yes"
After getting cleaned up. We said our goodbyes and scheduled my next appointment.
"So how we gonna tell everyone" Jacquees asked as he helped me into the car
"We can do a reveal game at the baby shower ive seen a couple of ideas in videos"
"So we cant tell nobody"
"No one Jacquees and I mean no one"
We soon pulled up to the house and went inside. Mariah was leaving outand my dad was already gone. Me and Jacquees went upstairs to my room.
" Im Going to shower right quick" He said and put his phone on my charger
Not even 2 minutes laters his phone buzzed a few times. I picked it up and see there was a text from Tiana

No I havent Im not sure how to but i will I want both of my children in my life

I agree well its a boy so i guess we can start getting stuff for a boy
