Chapter 15

Tom's POV

"Can I kiss you?" I blurted out.

Shoot what is she going to think of me? I sounded needy.

"Umm...ahh..." She stumbled. She probably thinks I am crazy.

"Please." I beg.

I seriously want to kiss her. Badly.

She nodded.

OMG SHE NODDED!!!!!!

I sound like a girl.

I take a deep breath and start to lean in. I look into her eyes making sure she really wants to do this.

She closes her eyes and I take that as a sign that she wants us to kiss as bad as I do.

Finally our lips touch and I grip onto her harder and push her more firmly against the wall we are leaning on.

Her lips are magical. They are perfect. I want to get as close as I can to her.

After a second i figure out that she is doing nothing. She is frozen.

I stop kissing her and pull my head away to look into her eyes.

Her eyes are still closed. She hasn't moved since I pulled away. The only reason I know she is still alive is because her chest is rapidly moving up and down.

"Alyssa?" I whispered.

She opens her eyes. She looks shocked. She isn't looking at me. She doesn't reply.

I look over my shoulder to see what she is looking at. Nothing. She is looking at nothing. "Babe." I gently call.

She moves her gaze slightly to me, but she still doesn't talk.

"What's wrong?" I question.

"Umm.... Well... That... Um... Well..." She stumbled.

She didn't like that kiss!! That can't happen! I like her so much! She is so different.

"Was it that bad?" I asked turning my back to her. I am not ready to take defeat.

"No.... I.... I just haven't...ummm... Kissed someone before." She admitted.

I turn around. "Wait so I took your first kiss?" She nodded. "Why did you let me?" I asked.

I am so confused. I wouldn't think I could be good enough to get her first kiss.

"Well.... I... Ummm.... I don't know." She said.

"So you let me have your first kiss for no reason?" I questioned.

This conversation is just confusing.

"Well I was curious." She mumbled.

"You let me kiss you because you were curious?" I almost screamed.

If right now you were wondering how long is my lunch period? Or if you weren't now you are. Let me tell you that the bell rang a long time ago. We are both just not in class. I have more important things to deal with instead of class.

"Yea... No... Ummm... I don't know." She stuttered.

"You are seriously confusing me right now." I admitted.

"Sorry." She looked down at her shuffling feet.

"No. Sorry I yelled at you." I apologized.

"Umm... I need to get to class." She said looking away.

"Okay. See you later." I said walking away.
