Chapter 22

Tom's POV

I thought the cheesy movie would work.

Doesn't it usually work on girls?

Show a cheesy movie and then they want to kiss you.

Does it only happen in movies?

I choose The Little Mermaid because it has that one song Kiss The Girl.

When the song came on I was looking at Alyssa waiting for her to look at me.

She looks at me then goes back to watching the movie. To say I got disappointed was an understatement.

When the movie was over Alyssa didn't move her head from the TV. I turned it off and everything, but she would not move her eyes.

I moved her chin to look at me. She looked scared. It made me feel bad.

I really wanted to kiss her but she looked so conflicted.

I let go of her chin and look away. The pain in her eyes were killing me.

I look over at her and she is now staring at me. Sometimes I don't get her. First she won't look at me and now she is staring at me.

I don't know what to do.

"Can we kiss?" She asked quietly.

At first I didn't catch it, but then I processed her words.

I took no time to get Alyssa on my lap and put her lips on mine because I wanted to kiss her badly and she asked. How could I refuse?

After a minute we needed air so I pulled back. After I took a breath I kissed her again, but she started pulling away.

Alyssa looked me in the eyes and blushed. She looked away, but I grabbed her chin to look at me again. I smiled and she blushed even harder.

I kissed her softly all over her face while her eyes were closed.

I am seriously falling for this girl.
