Tom's POV
"Sorry" I hear Alyssa say to someone.
"Hey! Alyssa!" I waved trying to get her attention.
She spots me and waves. She starts walking towards me.
I was just standing alone, against the house because I actually didn't want to be here tonight. I wasn't going to stand by the fire because drunk teens, lighter fluids, and fire is a bad mixture.
"Hey." She says while brushing a piece of hair away from her face.
"Did you get dragged here too?" I asked.
"Yea... I would rather be home watching my sappy movies." She replied.
"Haha! Well do you want to get out of here? I could drive you home." I offered.
"Yea I would love that! Thank you! Let me just go tell Kacey that I am leaving." She walks away into the crowd.
I pull out my phone and send Jacob a quick text saying that I was leaving. After that I went to find Alyssa.
"Be safe and don't drive drunk please." Alyssa said to a loopy Kacey.
Alyssa turns around and we start walking to my car.
"Thank you again." Alyssa said.
We were driving down the street. They were no cars around because it was around 11:30.
"No problem. I wanted to leave anyway." I shrugged and glanced over at her.
We got to her house and she didn't make a move to leave right away.
"Thank you." She said, "Wanna come in and watch movies with me?"
"Sure!" I was surprised she invited me.
Is it bad that I was actually excited to spend some more alone time with Alyssa?
I don't think so, and honestly I don't care. She is fun and just awesome! Okay I am sounding like a girl. Get it together man!
I think I am going insane...
