I'm lost, I am not sure what to do anymore.
The newest note from the pianist came with four parallel red lines at the bottom. It looks like someone has tried to smudge them away but they have been unsuccessful in doing so.
Ms Russo walks in and sees me staring at the note.
"What's that Phil?"
"Oh just a note from someone."
"Can I see?"
I reluctantly hand over the note and watch as she reads it.
"Oh no, Phillip. You know what these marks are from don't you."
I nod and she looks at me.
"Do you know who the Pianist is?"
I shook my head.
"I think I do. Can I keep this note so I can talk to the councillor about it?"
"I- I guess so..."
"Don't worry. It will all be ok." She smiled at me before leaving to the music staff room.
