Error Code: Dan Howell (Phan)

Dan was excited for the first time in a long time. Sure, he and Phil were on bad terms at the moment and he probably lost his trust forever but Dan was still excited nevertheless. Not because Phil was out of his life just like he wanted when he first met him, but because he had a plan to win him back.

He was prancing around everywhere around his house as he got ready for school. It drew attention to him from his mum who was having her morning cup of coffee. She didn't say anything about the matter though, Dan was in a good mood and it was best not to ruin it.

Dan quickly did all he needed to do to get ready before kissing his mum's cheek and giving her a quick 'see you later'. He then bounded out the door but quickly slowed his pace down to a walk to be cautious of his heart.

The bus was already there when Dan arrived at the bus stop and he climbed onto it, taking his seat next to Pj, who was just getting out his phone. To prevent that Dan placed his hand over Pj's screen to get his attention. "I need help."

"You do?" Pj looks up from his phone. "And what might the notorious Dan Howell need help from me for?" Pj asks, raising an eyebrow.

"I need information on Phil, what are some tips you can give me for winning him over?"

"This should be good, well first off,"

"Phil seems to be the hopeless romantic type. He loves the concept of love so you'd have to make it enjoyable for him. Some sappy saying that he'll laugh at but think is adorable."

Dan opens Phil's locker and puts a sticky note on the inside door, along with on his binders.

"He seems like a PDA kind of person. Whenever he sees someone kissing their significant other in school his lips pull in a small, longing smile."

Dan closes Phil's lockers and leans against the one next to it to wait for the boy. It doesn't take to long as the buses are all letting off the teens who were excited to get off the crammed bus. One of those teens is Phil Lester, who is walking next to some guy from his bus. They laugh with each other and they seem to be enjoying the others company.

Once Phil's blue eyes lock with Dan's his smile instantly falters. Dan smiles and shoots him a wink that makes his face go red. "Dan, what the hell are you doing?" Phil picks up paces to meet up with Dan.

"Nothing much honey bunch. I just thought I'd wait for you and walk you to class." Phil opens his mouth to presumably say no but the teen he was talking to comes up behind him and Dan instantly takes notice. "Kyle, how's Molly?"

"How'd you know about-"

"It was a simple question Kyle, I need an answer not another question." Dan shakes his head like Kyle had said one of the stupidest things he's ever heard.

"Um, okay. She's fine. We were actually coming across our year anniversary come to think about it. I should do something nice for her." Kyle says.

"Get her some flowers, chocolates, and go to your special place in the woods and give her a romantic picnic."

"How did you-"

"Well I should be off to class." Phil interrupts. "Dan, you said you'd walk me?" It obviously pained Phil to ask that, he definitely just wanted Dan away from Kyle and this was the only way he could think of.

"Of course love. Bye Kyle, take my advice she'll love it." Dan links arms with Phil and pulls him away, making Phil spit out and awkward goodbye to his newfound friend.
