Psalms 63:1 (NLT)
O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.
~~~My Thoughts~~~
This verse personally speaks to me that we need to long for God like we do water. I cannot continue my day in a healthy fashion if I don't drink anything, and it is the same way with our spirits. We cannot continue to live a healthy spiritual life if we don't have a daily dose of God's living water. So we need to be like David, and earnestly seek Him; because when we seek Him, we will find Him.
