"So you are no longer a slave, but God's child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir."
Heir:
a person legally entitled to the property or rank of another on that person's death.
~~~My Thoughts~~~
God has taken us out of captivity, and made us His children. With love, He adopted us into His family so we now get to inherit the wonderful things that He gives. He did this by His own choice, because He loves us so dearly. So as an heir of Christ, partake in the amazing things that you are now entitled to.
