Kiara's POV
"What are you doing here?" Tony asked, once I was inside Stark Tower.
"You know why." I told him, without breaking eye contact.
"But... why? Why would you come here when you knew I planned to kill you?"
"When you know how dangerous you are and you're responsible for the deaths of a lot of people, including your best friend..." I trailed off. Tony was taking in every word I said, considering it carefully. "You know the difference between what you think you deserve and what you actually deserve. I know what I deserve."
"And what would that be?"
"I deserve to die."
"No, you don't." Tony shook his head.
"What?"
"TONY, DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY SISTER!" Bucky yelled, bursting into the tower, grabbing Tony by the throat with his metal arm.
"Bucky, let him go!" I shouted.
"Kiara, he is not killing you, whether you want him to, or not." Bucky growled, tightening his grip.
"No, it's okay. He changed his mind. Now, can you let him go?" After a brief moment of consideration, Bucky reluctantly let go of Tony's throat. After Tony caught his breath, I turned to face him. "Why did you change your mind?" I asked Tony.
"To be honest, I don't exactly know. I guess it was something about the way you were willing to die, just to protect your friends. And I'm guessing you didn't deliberately kill those people." Tony looked at me. "Am I right?"
"Well, they were jerks, except for Isabella, of course, but no. If I wanted to kill them, I would've pulled a Loki and tried to take over the world."
"I guess there is that option." Tony chuckled. "I'm sorry." Tony began walking away.
"Tony?" I called after him.
"Yeah?"
"Thank you... for not killing me." Tony nodded slightly, before walking out.
"That was unexpected." Bucky spoke up. "Kiara, never, do that again!"
"I know, I'm sorry. Fear got the better of me." I sighed.
"What you did was incredibly stupid, but I'm glad you're safe." I looked at Bucky as Steve, Wanda and Thor entered. Wanda ran up to me and wrapped me in a tight hug, before I hugged Steve, then Thor. After hugging Thor, we looked at each other awkwardly, before he spoke up.
"Welcome, uh, welcome back." Thor cleared his throat.
"Thanks." I smiled softly, before walking outside.
Thor's POV
After Kiara walked out, there was a short moment of silence.
"If you like her, go out there and tell her." Bucky told me.
"I don't know what you're talking about." I shook my head.
"Thor, if I was able to tell Natasha I liked her, you should be able to tell Kiara." Loki said to me. I sighed in frustration and followed Kiara outside. I found her sitting on the floor, leaning against the glass wall.
"Hey, Thor." Kiara greeted me.
"Hi."
"What are you doing out here?" She asked.
"I wanted to, uh, talk to you." I began. Kiara stood up.
"Go on."
"There's something I've wanted to tell you for a while now. I've, uh, I've developed feelings for you, Kiara." I explained nervously.
"So, what you're saying is you've somewhat got a crush on me?" Kiara responded.
"That is basically what I'm saying, yes. I'd, uh, officially like to court you." I looked at Kiara. "And I was wondering, if you'd like to, uh, go out for dinner?"
"You mean like a date?"
"No! I mean, yes, um, if you'd like to." Kiara walked up to me and placed her hands behind my head.
"I'd love to." She whispered, pressing her lips to mine, kissing me softly. I placed my hands on her waist and we continued kissing, until we heard someone cough behind us. We pulled away to see Bucky, Natasha and Loki standing there, all three of them smirking.
"Shut up, Bucky." Kiara grumbled.
"I didn't say anything!" Bucky protested.
"I know, but you will."
