Kiara's POV
I had just gone off to find Loki and Nat, when I found them kissing.
"Guys, please. Get a room." I groaned. They broke their kiss and looked at me, embarrassed that they had been caught.
"Sorry." They both replied in unison.
"It's okay." I laughed. "I'm glad you two finally got together."
"Um.... thanks?" Loki looked extremely confused.
"Anyway, we're landing at Avengers tower right now."
"Great." Loki mumbled sarcastically. Natasha elbowed him in the side, causing Loki to yelp in pain. "I mean, uh, yay, I love Avengers tower!" We all burst into fits of laughter.
"So Kiara, are you staying with your brother or at Avengers tower?" Natasha asked.
"Uh, I'm actually heading away for a while." I replied nervously.
"Why?"
"It's just something that I need to do." I told them.
Natasha's POV
"Okay. Can you at least tell me where?" I asked.
"Not really." I noticed Loki was fidgeting in his seat.
"Is it because Loki's here? Because he can leave if you want him to."
"No, of course not. I can't tell anyone." Kiara bit her lip. "I'm going to pack up my stuff." She turned and left Loki and I alone.
"What do you think Kiara has to leave for?"
"I don't know, but I know where she's going." Loki replied.
"Where?"
"She's going to Antarctica."
"Why would she go there? Wait, how do you know and I don't?" I was confused about how Loki knew.
"She told me." Was Loki's reply.
"When?" I was getting suspicious now.
"We can talk telepathically, you see. Kiara asked me if I could live anywhere on Midgard, where would it be? I told her, I didn't know. Kiara told me she would go to Antarctica. So I'm assuming that's where she's going." Loki explained.
"Right."
"What about the others? Do you think they'll be mad when they find out we kissed?"
"Oh, they'll be mad alright." I told him. "I know what you're thinking, and no, Kiara wouldn't tell them."
"Good. Now where-" Loki was cut off by a very out of breath Bucky bursting in.
"Have you.... seen.... Kiara?" Bucky panted.
"I just saw her, why?" I replied.
"We need to find her before Tony does."
"Bucky, what's going on?" I asked.
"Kiara has the ability to control the four elements. A couple of years ago, she lost control and killed a lot of people." Bucky told us.
"How many people?"
"Over one thousand. In one blast."
"Shit." I exclaimed.
"Shit is right. Now, Tony and some others want Kiara eliminated."
"They want her dead!?" I shrieked. "Who else?"
"Tony, Rhodey, Vision, Sam, Maria, Bruce." Bucky replied. "Pretty much everyone except Wanda, Steve and Thor."
"Even Clint!?"
"Clint's retired. He doesn't know."
"We have to find her before they do." I told them.
"Yes, we do. Steve, Wanda and Thor are trying to figure out where she is."
"She's in Antarctica." Loki blurted out.
"How do you know for sure?"
"I don't know, but it's the only other place Kiara's told me about." Bucky clapped his hands together.
"Right then, we're going to Antarctica."
