                                                      Sherlock's POV

I paced in front of her bed. Why wasn't she awake yet? John was sitting facing the cold white hospital bed. He'd gotten out a couple of hours ago and was completely fine. Lilly has been like this for a week and I haven't left her side the entire time. They've restarted her heart twice in those seven days. Uriah hasn't spoken since she was shot and if she dies he won't ever speak again. they say twins know when the other is in pain I didn't believe that until we heard the gunshot and I turned to Uriah who's face was contorted with pain. When she went into surgery I could tell he was on the verge of a panic attack. Now all he does is sit there staring glassy eyed at the clipboard hanging from the bed. He's curled up in a ball trying to block out the pain he knows his little sister's in.

I'm in mid pace when I look at John and see he's smiling. I turn to see Lilly's eyes flutter open. "Hey. How are you feeling John? I was afraid you weren't gonna make it back there." She said her voice raspy from little use. Uriah looked at her as if she was a ghost hoping she was real. "Uriah it's fine. I'm okay now it's just a little sore now. Dad are you okay you look like you've been through hell. Wait I shot Moriarty did you get him?" I looked at her in shock. "Wait you shot James Moriarty?" I was so unbelievably proud.

A Doctor came in, "Oh, good you're awake. Well you're fine all we were waiting for is for you to wake up you can go home if you promise not to strain yourself, okay?" "Yes sir. thank you." She said politely. "Dad let's get out of here I want some real food." i laughed and handed her some clothes and we left her to change.

                                                        Lilly POV

The Doctors insisted that I use crutches because of the injuries to my legs as well as my torso. I only agreed, so I could go home. "What do you want to eat? also I know what you're thinking and no you can't ditch the crutches when we get home. You'll be using them until John says you can stop." Dad said once we left. I sighed and complied, "Okay fine lets go get some Italian take away. I just wanna get food and head back to the flat." Dad nodded and I looked at Uriah, but my smile faltered when I saw him and felt the anger that he was harbouring. I couldn't tell whom it was directed at. "Uriah are you alright?" "I'm fine." he snapped and turned towards the window. I frowned and looked at John who only shrugged in response. something was going on and I was going to figure out what. "So what have you guys been up to besides you know staring at my unconcious self? Oh, Uriah how's Alexandra? I heard things were getting pretty serious between you two." apparently my atempts at converstion with my family were all for not because Uriah glared at me, Dad remained silent, and John wasn't listening he was on his phone probably blogging.

When we got to the flat Uriah took his food and went upstairs and locked our door. "Okay I'll sleep on the couch then." I mumbled. Dad helped me to the table and John sat down beside me. "What's wrong with Uriah? Did I say something wrong?" John ignored me and Dad had already retreatd to his mind palace. I finished my food and went to go up to my room then I remembered Uriah had already shut me out of that. I went to the couch saw it was occupied by Dad and sunk to the floor out of energy and fell asleep.

BANG!!! That's all I can hear. Nothing but gunshots. I try to wake up, but I can't. I see everything that's going, but don't fully understand who are they crying over? Why is Dad crying? I slowly realize that's me. I'm dead and Uriah is holding the weapon laughing. Dad launches himself at Uriah only to be caught by John who's also been crying. 'I'm here! I'm alive can't you see me?' I try to yell, but nothing is coming out. I start to panic i sceam even though no one can hear me. I'm crying trying to get to them, but the more i struggle the farther they are from me.
