Jade..I'm okay, i'll stay here, I like it here and its almost 3am , I'll leave at 5am so its just a few hours...it doesn't matter..."
" Okay..then I'll stay here too.."
And right at that moment , Jade closed her eyes and lean at Althea's shoulder but this time she locked her arms with Althea.
Althea closed her eyes again but her smile glued on her lips.
Althea slowly opened her eyes, the lights are blinding her. She heard a rather sweet chuckle in front of her...It was Jade...
Jade was carefully holding a mug, Althea can smell the strong aroma of the freshly brewed coffee. She was smiling. The sweetest smile that Althea has seen for a long time. She smiled back and accepted the coffee mug from Jade.
This time she's able to clearly look at Jade's face, her face is clear with no makeup on. Her lips are red like strawberries , with no trace of lipstick, her cheeks are naturally blushed. Her hair were put up in a bun, her neck are long and her collar bone so defined and Sexy on those loose shirt, she is Lovely.
" Hey! Good Morning...you are late...sleepy head!?"
Althea blinked as if awakened from a beautiful dream, startled and look at her wrist watch. She straightened.
"Oooh shoot its 7:30 !? I cant believe I overslept...I need to go..."
" Relax...as if you're office will be in a disaster if you are late..."
" but Jade with the traffic?...what time will
I reach home then drive back to Makati from Libis...for sure i'll be there by lunch already.."
" Yeah...come on lets have breakfast first...you worry too much..."
Jade stand up and extend her hands to Althea , Althea reached for her hands and stand up too. They were smiling at each other.
In Althea's mind. Come on...you sure look like a Jerk smiling at Jade like that, be careful not to let your eyeballs turned into heart shape.
" but dont be impressed coz i only have this to offer haha"
Jade was pointing two boxes of cereals at Althea.
" I have muesli and coco crunch..."
" Coco crunch for me..."
" Me too...am...for energy hahaha"
They quickly settle down for breakfast. Jade's dining table is small with two wooden chairs, it has a tinted glass top with red intricately designed table mats, her bowl and plates are plain white. It was simple but beautiful.
Althea helped Jade put cereals on her bowl, Jade grabbed the Milk and pour on Althea's bowl while asking signal wether it is enough already.
They were quiet for a while. It was Althea who speak first. She look at Jade and she cant help but to admire again her beautiful face. The sun rays from the small window near the kitchen gave Jade's face an Angelic white enhanced by her hair that turns golden brown by the streaks of light.
" Jade..thanks for coming last night and thanks for inviting me for breakfast today..."
" You are welcome...but listen I should be thanking you , Althea you really sing great..."
