Chapter six- Truth's and lies.

"So, why did you lie?" I asked after a long moment of silence.

"Well, last year I had this girlfriend, her name was Victoria. I asked her out because I thought she was really pretty and nice. She said yes and we dated fo 3 months."

"Damn." I responded.

"But before we broke up, she came to my house one day when my parents weren't home. Can you see where this is going?" His face started to heat up. "She rang my door and held up a package of condoms while smiling. She pushed me into my bedroom and on my bed."

"Oh my god. Did she rape you?" His face turned blank.

"No. I...... uh."

"You had sex with her?"

"Well, she pushed me on my bed and I didn't know any better so we both took off all our clothes." His face turned red and he hesitated to tell me the rest.

"It's okay, you can tell me the rest."

"We had sex and made out."

"You could have just said that." I point out while chuckling. "So what does this have anything to about you having a fake girlfriend."

"We broke up after that because it wasn't good sex to me. She told her brother and he threatened me that if I 'replace' her by getting a new girlfriend, he will come after me and kill me. He is really psychotic."

"How would he know if you have a girlfriend?"

"Word gets around."

"Wow." I say sadly.

"Yea, it's bad."

"No, I meant like, Wow! I can't believe you made up such a stupid lie." I laughed sarcastically.

"Wait, what???" His face looked worried and confused.

"I mean, I know I'm ugly and mean but you could have just said that instead of making up such a dumb lie." I smiled and continued to laugh sarcastically while backing away.

"I wasn't ly-" I cut him off.

"Just leave me alone, and stop lying." I ran away.

Yea right, if I date you, your ex girlfriend's brother will come kill you.

Bullshit.

I ran to my house and laid down with my face in my pillow.

My messenger for Facebook went off.

It was from Corban.

I swear to God that I wasn't lying. I wouldn't make up something that dumb.

Z-I told you to leave me alone.

C-At school tomorrow, meet me at the back of the school after school.

Z-Why?

C-Just do it.

I went ahead and went to the kitchen to make dinner. My mom was still at work so I was on my own.

I made myself a yogurt parfait and ate that while watching Youtube. When I finished, I went to bed. It was 9 at night and I was really tired.

I was so nervous about seeing Corban tomorrow.

What if he wasn't lying?
