Battle Royal.....START!!!

You had won your second duel of the Maiami Championships, it was actually kind of easy but you were so trapped in space that you sometimes clearly made the wrong move. Looking around, you noticed that Shun wasn't around "where is he?" You asked yourself as you made your way up the steps towards your classmates "great job!" Yuzu shouted as she gave you a hug "heh thanks" you said while looking around a bit. Noticing your action Yuya looked at you worriedly "what are you looking for?" Yuya asked as he looked in random directions "it's nothing I just felt like looking to see if I knew anyone here" you lied but at the same time you didn't. Shun was someone you knew.

Yuya nods and smiles "ok then! I was just wondering" you smiled on the outside but on the inside you wanted to question Yuya. Why did he have Yuto's Dark Rebellion? How did he get it? Did Yuto give it to him? Your brain started to ache from over thinking as you walked to your seat and sat down. Yuzu had gone down to duel her famous, idol oppenent: Mikiyo Naname. You watched the beautiful battle while the beautiful monsters made their appearance, everyone was in awe during the duel as the duelists did their own summoning with the monsters. When Mikiyo had made a move the crowd (and basically her fans) cheered loudly. Eventually Yuzu had won much to Mikiyo's fans dismay. But nevertheless everyone enjoyed the stunning, colorful duel. But a thought lingered in your mind 'what was Shun doing in LDS right now?'.

Shun was with Reiji as he looked at the screens that lit up the dark room. Shun didn't pay attention for the moment as he thought about Yuto and Ruri. 'They're both gone, (name) and I are alone. DAMNIT! Yuto, why the fuck did you have to leave early!?' Reiji cleared his throat knowing that Shun was in another place in his mind right now "Shun focus on the Lancers mission for now. We don't need you to get distracted by the events that have happened a few nights ago, we're after all still figuring out about that immense power, you have a friend with you so use them as your motivation" Reiji said in his stern voice. Shun nodded and listened to what Reiji had to say, even though from time to time he thought back to the fun times the four of you had back in Heartland. Meeting you and Yuto were the best things he did, Shun missed dueling for fun. He didn't even remember the last time he dueled for fun. It was to long ago and he wanted it back.

The announcer announced who was going to the next round "THE ONES WHO ARE GOING TO THE NEXT ROUND IS: Gongenzaka, Sakaki, Hikage, (last name), Umesugi, Kurosaki, Hiragi, Takeda, Tsukikage, Carl, Mokota, Tairyobata, Halil, Ashley, Beam, Dennis, and Diga!!!" He shouts as everyone cheers "great job guys!" Ayu says and we nod and smiled. Even more cheers were heard within the crowd as they also got louder with each second.

Shun's POV (a new POV.. Woah)
I hear the names of those who would participate in the next round of the Miami Championship until I hear "AN ANNOUNCEMENT HAS JUST BEEN MADE! WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BATTLE ROYAL!!" The announcer announces. My mood drops from the calm one I just had as I remember the reason why Reiji decided to have this Championship in the first place, the announcer explains what us, Battle Royal duelists, have to do. I look out of the window seeing how there were so many people in the stadium that (name) was standing in now "alright, all of you. You are LDS students that were personally chosen for this. I want you to go and fight those from the other dimension" Reiji says to the, already mentioned, personally chosen, students that specialized in similar and different summonings. I sigh and looked back out the window, sometimes I wish why it was the XYZ dimension that was attacked first. What did we do wrong? But I guess its like what I told (name) the other day: things happen for a reason. But what was the reason to attack the XYZ dimension and not any other dimension? My thoughts were interrupted by the cheering I heard on the screen in the room 'their really loud. Just like the ones in Kite's duel' I thought to myself remembering the time that Yuto, (name), Ruri, and I went to Kite Tenjo's duel. Yuto had gotten jealous of Kite because Kite winked and smiled at (name) when he cheered his name. I bit back a chuckle so no one would think that I was mental. I looked down at the city seeing some strange, robed figures 'this is gonna be one frustrating Battle Royal' I say with a grim face. Fuck you, Fusion.

I'm tired so I have nothing to say. Well my lovely tables thank you for reading this story so far. Idk but I want to make a book about Yuto, (name), Ruri, and Shun before the Fusion attacks them. But I'm not sure.
