It was the fifth day of tour, and Laila was helping with merch.
Asking Alexandria had finished their set, so the guys helped.
Laila had became friends with each band and told them her story in the short amount of time she's known them.
"How did you guys cope with Danny leaving?"
"We knew it was a long time coming. He depended on drugs and alcohol and was distant." James said.
Soon the guys of Get Scared joined, followed by a familiar face only Laila knew.
She was shaking.
"Laila, are you ok?" Johnny asked.
"Guys, I'll be right back." She said as she grabbed the familiar guy by the arm and walked to a quiet part of the venue.
"Adam, what the hell are you doing here? I told you not to follow me!"
"I'm sorry. I promise I have changed. Come home?"
"I can't. I've changed, too. I have a new boyfriend now who loves me and doesn't treat me like shit."
"I treated you like shit??? Who was the one who got pregnant by another guy?" At this point, Adam was yelling.
"I NEVER CHEATED ON YOU!!! YOU RAPED ME!!!"
Nick, Lloyd, Johnny, Dan, and Adam V of Get Scared had found them just as Laila's ex was about to beat the living daylights out of her.
Dan was the first one to pummel Laila's Adam to the ground. The others gave him a taste of what he was going to do to Laila.
Laila ran and tried to find London before her fear of being beaten could get the best of her.
"Laila?!?!" Nick called out.
"Laila?!?!" Lloyd did the same.
She kept going until she ran into someone.
"Sorr-" She said before being interrupted.
"Laila? What's wrong?"
She looked up to see her bestfriend, Robby.
"Adam. He's here."
That's all it took for Robby to be furious.
He took off.
"Robby!" She ran after him.
They found Adam and the Get Scared guys.
"That's what you get, you disgusting piece of shit!" Adam of Get Scared spat out.
Robby decided to also lend a hand.
Then Laila, Robby, and Get Scared returned to the merch area to find New Years Day, Asking Alexandria, and the rest of Farewell, My Love with worried expressions.
"Babe!" London said as he ran to Laila. She broke down.
"I'll explain later, let's just get her back to her bus." Johnny said as London picked her up and carried her.
