It had been two months since Laila was raped.
Chad was released and no charges were filed.
Even though she was still a little weak, she decided to stay with the tour but London had hired a security team for her. Because of this, New Years Day had moved to their own bus and the security team stayed on the Farewell bus.
The security team and the band were still asleep, when Laila had the sudden urge to throw up. She darted to the bus bathroom as fast as she could and all she could do was gag.
"Laila, are you ok?" Robby asked as he held her hair and rubbed her back.
She knew it was him, because he'd always been a light sleeper.
"This is the fourth morning in a row I've felt sick. And there is only one thing I can come up with, so next time we stop, I'll need to go with the team to the store."
"Ok, I'll stay with you until London wakes up."
An hour had gone by and it was time to stop for Lunch.
Laila wasn't hungry, so she took this as an opportunity to take her team to the store.
"Need anything while I'm gone?" She asked everyone.
"If you don't mind, could you get us some Dr. Pepper?" Trixx asked.
"How many 24 packs?"
"Three!" Ash replied.
"Anything else?"
Everyone shook their heads and Laila left in the security vehicle that followed the bus.
After Laila had gotten the things she thought Farewell might need and the Dr. Pepper for NYD, she went to "the" aisle and grabbed three boxes.
She went to the checkout and paid, then she grabbed the three boxes and had her team watch the cart while she went to the bathroom.
She took all six tests and had to wait.
After her timer went off, she looked at them.
All the test came back the same: POSITIVE
She knew who the father was and immediately started to shake. She grabbed the tests and left the store with her team.
She stopped by the NYD bus, loaded their fridge with the Dr. Pepper, and put the ones she couldn't fit in the storage closet.
By the time she was done, Adam V from Get Scared came onto the bus.
"Hey, I noticed your team outside and they said you were shaking when you left the store. I came to see What's wrong." He said.
"I'm... I'm pregnant." Laila sobbed.
"Why are you crying? Is it London's?" He wrapped her in a hug.
"No." Was all Laila could get out, before the tears got worse.
Adam V then knew why she was crying. The baby was her Ex's that had raped her.
"Do you think London will leave me?" Laila asked.
"No, but if he does you can move to ours, NYD's, or Asking's bus." Adam tried to comfort her.
Adam decided to call Farewell and told them to meet at their bus for something important.
He then walked with Laila to the other bus and found everyone including the other bands waiting in the front lounge.
"Babe, what's wrong?" London asked as he pulled her onto his lap.
"My ex.... Got me... Pregnant." Laila said, still sobbing.
London tried to grasp what she just said, and everyone else was furious.
"I love you and I'll love this baby as my own." London said after a few minutes to gather his thoughts.
"You will?" Laila responded.
"Yes. I've been through this before, but this time I know our baby will make it."
