I could not believe that this was actually happening. How could I forget, how? I kept asking myself that ever since I woke up. And now here I am in my living room desperately searching for my stupid car keys.
Those bloody little shiny things always disappear when I need them most.
Not now, please not now.
How could I be so irresponsible and forget to set my alarm clock? It was the first time my boss trusted me enough to give me a one-time chance and here I am screwing it all up.
I feel so frustrated I want to start screaming at the world.
Of course I have to be so unorganized, of course that I have to lose my car keys at least once a day, or who knows, people might not recognize me! My phone started ringing somewhere in the kitchen and I already knew it is Jake, my dear photographer and best friend, probably wondering where the hell I am.
With dread I make my way to the phone and answer it, hoping that everything is fine and that maybe I will be lucky enough and this day will go smoothly.
"Yes Jake, is there any problem?" I ask trying to sound as normal as possible.
"Please tell me you are in some ditch somewhere dying, cause if you aren't and you are just late I will kill you!" he shouts in the phone.
"Jake calm down your panties!" I try to joke in order to calm him down.
"Rosalinda Anne Parker! It is not funny!"
Okay, full name so bad joke and not a good idea.
"You ask if there is a problem? Of course there is a bloody problem! Everyone is here except for you and guess what, Mr. Makariy wants to start the interview in 10 minutes because something came up and ruined his schedule." he sighs on the other line.

Mr. Makariy is a very well-known business tycoon, who is feared in the whole country for being ruthless and unforgiving when it comes to business.
Since he became famous almost every newspaper has been dying to get a chance at an interview with him, but until now no one was lucky enough.
