"So how are you really feeling princess ?" I watch as Zac look at Cassidy with that gaze I know means he is looking right through you to your soul.

Cassidy sigh and I know how she feel, it's not easy hiding things from Zac. "I am fine Zac, just fine, no problems to speak of".

"I call you bullshit on that, do you really think you can fool me ? You lost weight again". He looks her over, the he looks at me. "Help me out baby".

And yeah he's right.. she has lost a bit of weight. "Cass.. you are not okay".

"Damn you Zac.. why can't you just be like most men and not notice ?" Cassidy glare at him. "Why do you have to be so freaking attentive ?"

Zac is just watching her.. I love that he is like this and that he care for my sister like a big brother would... or a father. "It is still about him ? You never have gotten over him have you princess ?"

My sister closes her eyes, and I know she can see him for her inner eye.. I know that she can't forget him.. it annoys her.. she told me.. she wants to move on wit her life as he has.. in her words.. clearly forgotten her.

I know she has tried.. she has dated a couple of guys, but it hasn't lasted more than a couple of dates.. and she told me directly that she compare them to him.. to Tom and they just fall short.

Tom seems to be doing rather good.. Zac told me he has been doing some pretty intensive therapy.. or so he heard.. he also seems to be dating quite frequently.. but they never last for long either.

"What are you thinking about baby ?" Zac ask brushing a strain of hair from my forehead. "Are you tired ? Thirsty ? Need the bathroom ?"

"Zac I am pregnant.. not even very much pregnant.. I would go to the bathroom if I needed too". I can't help chuckling.. he still gets a bit over protecting at times.

My sister giggles. "Well I am just happy has his attention on someone who isn't me.. but Zac.. she is a big girl.. she can pee".

  "You know what princess smartass.. I can't watch you like this anymore, neither can your sister.. so tomorrow you are my second date for the premier and we are getting you two back together". Zac is smiling, but I can easily see that he won't take no for an answer.

She is shaking her head at him. "I don't want to Zac.. I don't wanna see him, what if he is with her..you know his girlfriend, whichever he is dating at the moment".

"Nope.. not gonna work.. first of all, Tom never brings his so called girlfriends to red carpet events and secondly, she is out, just like the others.. I talked to Chris a short time ago and Tom is miserable, even though he tries to hide it.. he keeps asking about you". Zac and Tom hasn't spoken since that morning.

She looks like she don't know what to believe. "He might just have been friendly or maybe Chris has got it wrong".

"Nope, he is still whining about how he fucked up and even though he still isn't talking to me, it is easy to see he isn't happy". Zac sits down on the couch beside me.. snaking his arm around me, and I lean my head on his shoulder.

Cassidy ruffles up his hair and winks at me. "Well you did threatened to kill him the last time you were in the same room.. you think that might have something to do with it ?"

"Maybe, but he had that coming, nobody talks to my baby like that, and that still holds.. for you too princess, if he is anything but a gentleman, he will have to answer to me". Zac say making me and Cassidy exchange glances.

She shakes her head laughing. "Oh dear, I am never going to date again am I ? Not as long as you are babying me".

"What are you talking about ? As long as they treat you right and fair, dresses nicely and has a good job.. then you can date". He answer grinning.. making me giggle.

She roll her eyes. "Yeah okay daddy.. let's just say that, but I need a new dress if I am going to be your... hmm plus two.. tomorrow".

"Let's go then.. I am going to help you find something that will knock him right on his skinny ass.. Alli ?" He holds out a hand to me.

"You know what.. you two go.. I already have a dress and .. frankly I could use a nap". I smile at him.. also it's hell shopping with my sister, but I am not telling him that.

He leans down to give me a quick kiss. "Okay then.. I'll miss you baby".

"I'll miss you too.. and don't spoil my sister.. she can pay her own dress". Knowing there is no change he'll let her.

"No Zac, I can't wear that, it is to.. Well not enough dress". I look at him with wide eyes, shaking my head at the dress he is holding up.

He has turned down every dress I have tried on, telling me they are not sexy or exiting enough.

"Of course you can.. it will be perfect on you .. come on now, try it". He hands it to me.

I snort in a not very ladylike manner and roll my eyes at him, but I still grab the dress. "So tell me again, were you trying to protect me or pimp me out for the evening ?"

I go into the dressing room and put on the dress.. and of course it fits me perfectly.. but I am still not sure.. it seems a bit revealing for the red carpet.  It is deep royal blue with embroidery and pearls on the bodice.. the very short skirt look see through, with embroidery on strategic spots and the front is open.. revealing my legs with a long train like skirt in the back.

I walk back out, doing a swirl in front of Zac, who gives me an approving smile. "You look absolutely amazing princess.. Tom ain't gonna know what hit him".

"I don't know, isn't it a little to much ? And it is a bit, not to say a lot pricy". I mean of course I Can afford it.. I just don't normally spend that kind of money on a dress.

He just shake his head. "It is perfect and don't worry about the price, you are my date.. kind off, so I am paying.. now go find some matching shoes will you ?"

"Hey Alli said not to Zac.. I can pay..".

"I know you can.. I also know you won't.. so let me". He wink at me. "We don't need to Alli".

"You are too much some time.. and yes that is why I love you.. thank you sweetie". I give him a soft but completely platonic kiss.. he is one of my very best friend.. my big brother.

I find an amazing pair of strappy silver stilettos.. now I just have to wait for tomorrow and hope that Zac and Chris is right about Tom.. but I will try to enjoy the premiere no matter what.
